Jose n CobioThis location has two employees that do not know what they’re doing. Rude and unfriendly. It took them 2 hours of trying to upload our drivers license so we could rent the truck. They finally got the manager and she had it done in 5 minutes. I don’t know why she puts up with such inept employees! Never again would we use this location.

Stephanie WrightI've rented trucks, trailers, and equipment from U-Haul many times in the past, and I've always conducted myself as a responsible customer. For this reason, I was surprised when I was required to provide the name and telephone number of a person who would confirm that I was of good moral character and would return the U-Haul equipment as my contract specified. I was then absolutely shocked that the attendant proceeded to call the person I listed at 8:00 A.M. on a Saturday morning. Not surprisingly, my contact did not answer. I then had to call three other people I knew before someone finally answered. Thereafter, I had to explain what I was being required to do. After my contact agreed to vouch for my character, I told her I would put her on speaker. However, this wasn't acceptable to the U-Haul agent. Instead, the agent said she needed to call my contact from the store phone. By the time all of this finished and I finally was permitted to rent the equipment, a line of people had formed behind me. Then, when I finally got to my load destination, I found the trailer had not been cleaned, and I had to sweep topsoil out of the back prior to begin loading. To my knowledge, U-Haul requires one to provide a valid driver license and credit card in order to rent equipment as safeguards to those who do not return the equipment on time or at all. Therefore, I see no purpose for this extra red tape. Perhaps most importantly, does my decades-long record of renting and returning U-Haul equipment per contract requirements mean nothing? I found this whole experience unacceptable, and I will likely choose a different company next time I need moving equipment and/or supplies.

ALLEN MAXWELLThe manager and her employees were rude! I spend over $2000 to rent from this location and The manager cleared codes on a truck and let us leave in it getting ready to travel cross country that had a fuel leak! The employees didn't ask if we needed any other moving materials which resulted in us having to return to the store, nor did they advise us of the text we would receive and the procedure to document the trucks conditions and fuel levels at the time of pick up. I don't rent uhauls every day and get tons of texts that are irrelevant... Customer service at that location needs a BIG upgrade! I'm grateful that Uhaul roadside assistance was professional, timely and friendly otherwise my whole move would have been derailed!

I was not told they had to be returned by noon or I would be charged an extra day. Then I was told I should have read the contract. This is a simple business topic that would have resulted in a higher rating. Very poor customer service and experience. I will use another location in the future
Dustin RauchMy return experience was less than ideal. I was asked to back the trailer into a tight spot with a lot of other trucks and trailers around. Usually, trailers are unhooked and the staff moves it where they want it. But the attendee had me wait while he swept out a box truck that had been rented and then moved it to clear a spot for me to back the trailer in. I waited for several minutes while this transpired. Other than that, the attendee was professional and attentive. The trailer (car hauler) was missing the s-hook keeper on one of the chains. Fortunately, I had some zip ties with me to secure it.
Jeff HensonEh, the location was a little confusing, with the signage for returning the vehicle. Had to kinda go around in a circle to get to the right place. Once I arrived, it told me to wait by the vehicle and someone would come out to help. After waiting around outside for several minutes, I was about to walk inside and ask for help. Finally an employee walked outside to help me. Once he got there, he finished up the return quickly. The process went okay.

Ron ShumateA woman who had previously helped me a lot when I picked up my rental was extremely rude when I came to return my rental, was returning thru my mobile device as it was closing time and I didn't want to disturb workers trying to leave, went inside bc they were in there 15 after closing just talking, bc I couldn't find how to do the return via the app and didn't know what to do. I find that I am very upset at how unhelpful she was and hostile at my presence. My feeling are hurt and I just think she should know how she made me feel with her hostile vibe and harsh words. Legitimately ruined my day. Will be going to a different shop next time I need a rental.

Michele Caputo | Overall ExperienceThe online check-in was easy and the employees at this location are very friendly. The issue I had was during the move-in process I saw no less than nine roaches. Four crawling on the walls, four on the ground in my unit and in the hallway, and I even had one on a box sitting in the hallway that I went to pick up and move into the unit. Had I not been severely limited with time because of my upcoming deployment I would have refused the move-in and gone elsewhere. There's clearly an infestation and no pest control. I'll have to fumigate everything in the unit before I can move it into a new apartment when I come back from deployment. In all my years of using storage facilities I've never seen this.
