I had a great experience renting the trailer from U-Haul. The reservation process was easy and straightforward, and the trailer was clean, well-maintained, and ready for pickup on time. Hook-up and return were quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. The trailer handled well on the road and made my trip much easier. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable rental option!

The lady at front desk is pain in the neck. She will try to overcharge you, make you wait past your pickup time. She made me be late for 2 literal hours by stalling and playing around and giving wrong pricing, then making online check-in hard and almost impossible!

If I could change anything I would make the larger doors accessibile 24 hours. Some customers may work hours that does not allow them to make it between 7-7. Sometimes customers with larger items that does not fit through smaller doors may require help and the help is only available after hours. All in all it’s always an excellent experience at this location 2929 Washington blvd. Just maybe that one service can be added.

1)The truck engin stopped 2 times when I tried to make a u-turn. 2) the fuel level on the contract was 1/2 tank but the actual level was 3/8. When I talked to the lady in the desk she corrected the mistake and signed her initials but when I returned the truck the next day with 3/8 fuel level I was surprised with $13 fuel charge.I feel really disappointed about it.

I had book the equipment for 7pm when I got there the lady was like they are already close but then a guy said I should check the box. Also there was a lot of debris on the equipment, I think it could be cleaner otherwise from that it was a easy process.

My move out date was the 10th NOT the 14th. They also charged me for dried up mud that was already in the U haul when I got it. The items in my unit were also infested with mice. There was no food in there or trash whatsoever.

When I picked up rental the person that rented vehicle was checking in 2 other people at the same time. The person was not able to give me her full attention as I was the first one, she asked me to scoot over while she took care of other guests. The person did not explain where the vehicle was parked, and I had to come back in twice as i could not locate the vehicle. The person told me to look for the attendant outside. When I finally found vehicle, it was between 2 other vehicles so i could not pull out and had to wait for the attendant to show up and then move the vehicle. The vehicle had a heavy smell of smoke. I will NEVER rent from this location again. Horrible customer service and experience not much better.

My unit was infested with mice, and the odor of mildew was overbearing. I had to throw away a great deal of my belongings because of the rodents and mildew/mold smell in all my fabrics. My sofa which is not even a year old ruined. That was a $1700 sectional. Countless clothes had to thrown away. When I obtained this horrific storage unit I spoken to at the time nice women about my situation. I was being illegally evicted. Me and my kids were legit homeless. I lost my job, I lost everything. Then to open my unit to what I did, and having to get rid of so many of my belongings was just utter heartbreak. I don’t have money to replace these things. Almost all of my son’s clothes had to be thrown away. The mice made a nest in them and the babies died. So now my baby is unfortunately out of clothes. We have no sofa or coats towels blankets etc. And what makes this whole ordeal even worse is the staff. I have NEVER in my LIFE experienced such poor customer service ever. On move out day the women behind the counter had music on way too loud, then did not even acknowledge me. When I asked my question she did not even respond. How does a place like that stay in business treating people so poorly? The site manager at this location is a very nice gentleman, and the one or two interactions I had with him he was kind and helpful. He just has an awful staff. I will never recommend this place to even my worse enemy. Horrible horrible horrible.

Unfortunately the units were dark. Did not have good light source in the unit they looked like small caves. The price for the unit I had was not very budget friendly. I got a promo on move in for using a Uhaul vehicle. The site was convenient but not budget friendly. The late fee and number of red overlocks i saw on the day i moved out was very telling.

The space is convient but not for long term as they have no elevators. I'm handicapped so I had to ask for a first floor space. They were able to accommodate me which was great. Not having rolls up doors was a hassle but I was able to get stuff in the door.

The only issue I have is which it did not apply to me if you have large or heavy Furniture I recommended that you stay on a lower level floor and not the 2nd floor because of no elevator but overall good service and I was pleased. Thank you!

It was a nice experience until the chains on the 6x12 trailer started dragging on the ground while moving from Fort Worth Texas to Baltimore Maryland, got to Tennessee then a roadside assistant was able to tag all together. I rented this trailer because there is no truck that can accommodate 4 passengers. Above all, it was a nice experience. UHUAL, please 🙏🏽 it’s very possible to build a 4 seater truck. Consider those with kids without an option of leaving 1 or 2 kids behind while everyone else get into the truck and there is no AC at the back of the truck. If you are providing DI

I tried to reserve a truck online and added the storage unit to the order. I did not have the option to select a location for the storage unit and it automatically went to the location. I called asking for a refund and to reserve the correct location and have not received one yet. I looked online and it said that I already moved into the storage unit when I had purchased it the same day.

While I did the early check in to obtain a free lock online by providing a selfie and my drivers license, I was told that I would need to buy a lock when I arrived to the storage facility in person. I also had to change the type of unit I had, because I did not know ahead of time that I would have to go upstairs (without use of an elevator) with furniture. When I upgraded the unit, I did not know how much it would cost. There was no 8x10 unit. There was either 8x8 or 8x12 unit. There was a mouse trap in the storage unit. The staff asked if I was sure I wanted to remove it, since there could be an infestation in the unit due to food. I did not pack any food with my stuff. I needed the space for my stuff, and the unit itself after the fact was $154. There were a lot of markings on the walls of the unit. For the amount of money charged per month, I would think that it would be a nicer storage unit. The staff was really friendly and helpful, though.

Why was my dresser used as a delivery unit for a rat??? Or mouse ?? .. we pulled my dresser out an found a nursery of pink mice delivered in my Brandnew dresser, for which the dresser had to be disposed of , some of my clothing had to be disposed of because it was used as a restroom , boxes was filled with mice drooping , an my possession smell like pure SH*T … an because of that reason ! My new home has a strange Oder due to thee amount of mice dropping that is in my possessions, this is unacceptable, please contact me about this Matter asap! I’m super angry of this ! I asked if my payment could be prorated and refunded to me I was told this could not be done and I would like to know why. I paid a full month June 23 and moved out June 26. If the unit is rented after the 26 to someone else then your being paid twice for the same unit which is not legal. I was told that that wasn't done at that facility. Please explain this to me. This place is infested with rats. I trusted my items to you all and now I have to get rid of thousands of dollars worth of items. The storage unit had holes in the wall and mice droppings that l clean up l have requested for an invoice of payment and as of 2/ 17 / 22 l still have not gotten one l received a email stating that payment was due and l have already paid in full back in January and discontinued the service of the unit .l have spoke to several people about this situation.l am hopefully that it will be resolved soon.

I want to provide a shout-out to the employees at this U-Haul, as I always had exemplary customer service experiences, but with that being said, it does not change my experience with this storage facility. Firstly, there was a miscommunication about which storage unit was mine, and the person who gave me my unit gave be a unit which did not match the unit I was assigned in the computer. This led to future confusion and stress as I had paid my rent, but there was a lock on my unit door. I had to wait for 30-40 minutes for this issue to be resolved, and it caused me to not be able to access my unit that day. Additionally, there was a significant rodent problem within the unit that I had due to there being 2 mouse-sized holes which led to the units on either side of my unit. There was mouse poop crusted on top of my boxes, there was a significant amount of poop which was in each corner of the unit (where the holes to the other units were) and my kitchen box which had pots and pans in it was filled with at least 4 oz of mouse droppings and my belongings had been significantly damaged by the rodents chewing up my belongings and pooping on them. I had followed all directives to not store food, drink, perfume, hygiene items, scented candles, or cleaning supplies in my storage unit, and yet the mice still were in the unit. The woman who I had checked out of the unit with was incredibly kind and swept out the unit and cleaned the droppings up so that I would not have to, again, speaking to the customer service provided. But, based on the damages and miscommunication, I would never use this U-Haul facility again.

There was a slight delay on Friday July 30 due to a loss of computers and a back up delay for customers. Uhaul also changed the lock on my storage unit causing a delay when attempting to leave.

She took excellent care me after the day i had moving, she really made my day. She even help me get the couch off the truck and put it in storage. All of my belongings were covered in rat fieces and it was unbelievably disgusting when I went to remove my belongings and it's very unsanitary. All of my Children's belongings were ruined and I'm very disappointed.

Didn't tell us we needed to go to a different location so we go in the car again & then nobody was there to give access to our Ubox. Waited in rain for someone to rush over. Disorganized. Not secure.

That place Is rat Infested and the staff Is so unprofessional and very short tempered with the public....I wouldn't let my pets sleep In that rat hole and the storage prices are ridiculously to high,,

Not a bad facility, kept well. Every time I came to the office there was a horrible line with just one person behind the counter. When I would call I would either get attitude or No answer.

I was never at the facility so those questions really don’t apply. However, my experience was not great. The u-boxes were unimpressive plywood junk, the price for delivery x2 was way too high.
