It was not the location, it's just a poorly maintained truck. Possibly older. The transmission would randomly not shift while driving making the drive unsafe.

This is not about Afton. The people there were great. I want a credit. I made the reservation on August 6th for a 10' truck and trailer to haul a vehicle from Alpine, WY to Knoxville Tennessee.. When I arrived on August 14th to pick up the truck and trailer, they told me my reservation had been canceled. I had to drive another 32 miles in the opposite direction to pick up the truck. The next day, I had to drive 174 miles round trip for the car hauler. This delayed my trip extensively not to mention cost me a lot of gas. I was notified of the cancellation via email less than 20 minutes before I tried to pick up the truck.
