Awesome experience. However, I asked for a daily rate of $19 and was charged the standard rate of $29. It was discussed when the rental was made and told that the adjustment would be make after returning the vehicle. I was helping provide local churches with food for the food banks for the poor. The storage compartment of the truck I rented leaked causing some of my belongings to get wet. I pointed it out to your staff when I returned the truck.

Mark BYour guys hooked the big appliance hand truck into the side braces of the 6x12 trailer. That heavy hand truck ripped out the wood braces from the trailer wall. Thankfully I bought the insurance but that would have been a nightmare, you guys need a better way of holding down the hand trucks in the trailers

SEAN DThe 20' truck ran rough, sputtered, had difficulty on hills, shimmied slightly above 50mph. We had to call roadside assistance (who did great, even with a delay getting to us) but was able to continue to our destination. The brakes also sounded strange a few times. The staff was great.

RODRIC RI would like to complement the manager -- Brian D. -- who waited on us at this location. He is very efficient and helpful. We always pick this location because Brian is excellent. There is no line for waiting to pick-up. He answers all of our questions and he is always working -- making the most of every minute of the day. By far, the best person I've ever dealt with at a U-Haul location.
Tracy HEverything was good except for the drop off in Florida. I drove to the original drop off location in lake worth only to find it that my drop off location was changed. This was a surprise to me as I received no communication about this from U-Haul

KARINA FHad to use the online check in and check out features… a little cumbersome.. in the end, I was charged 12 dollars extra for gas.. the fuel gauge read at the same level as when I picked up the truck.. I did all the work of an employee, which I did not request to do, you would think that I would get a discounted rate. The next day, I rented another U-Haul truck from a different location, they did all the check in and check out work, plus no added fluff fuel fee.. This is the way to do business!

JANICE MThe manager knowingly rented me a 15 ft box truck with a failing transmission. The truck struggled to shift, slipped gears, and was unsafe to operate. I reported the issue immediately, but it was dismissed instead of being addressed. This created delays for my business and put me in a dangerous situation on the road. Equipment must be inspected and verified before being released to customers.
ISRAEL JThe truck was falling apart. The music dials didn’t work and were so sensitive that the music started blasting when I tried to turn it down. The truck was veering from left to right as I went about 50 mph. I was scared for my life as I was driving it. The headlights didn’t work. The truck warning light came on multiple times. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
LEVI MThe location was clean, organized, and efficient. Bringing the trailer back was also easier than expected. Running lights were not working on one side. There didn't seem to be a way to report that in a way that would get the bulbs replaced for the next person.
CRAIG AI returned the trailer and they insisted I back it into a diagonal space which took me about 10 tries and was very distressing. Shouldn't they return the trailers to parking spaces?
Peter SI've used this location twice. Both times, the woman at the counter had horrible customer service skills. She doesn't greet the customer, she doesn't say thank you, and she behaves as if the customer is a bother to her. Consider doing some retraining.
BETHANN WFrom the online registration to the on-person pickup, the process was smooth and convenient. The truck was clean and in good condition. After hours drop-off was convenient with the after-hours key drop.

STEPHEN TI think maintenance on the trucks should regularly be conducted so that the customers can feel more comfortable driving it. The engine check light was on and a few times the truck hesitated to start. Thanks
