JASON CThe first location, 1107 W Broad St. Falls Church, I was sent to was a complete disaster. Only one person showed up for work. There 6 groups in line to get equipment. Then after waiting 40 min to be helped getting my tailer. I was told it was damaged and I needed to go to another location. This location layout is poorly conceived for the number of customers they had to service. There was not a good egress because people coming to the location had nowhere to park but in the driveway which blocked trucks from getting out.

ADALBERTO GGreat location. It may be a little tricky for a disabled or pregnant person to navigate to and from the customer parking lot to the main office entrance. Otherwise every thing else is fine.

DAVID HAwesome experience. However, I asked for a daily rate of $19 and was charged the standard rate of $29. It was discussed when the rental was made and told that the adjustment would be make after returning the vehicle. I was helping provide local churches with food for the food banks for the poor. ROBERT WThe storage compartment of the truck I rented leaked causing some of my belongings to get wet. I pointed it out to your staff when I returned the truck.
JOHN PYour inflated rates per mile are criminal. Complete garbage. To double your rate is BS. I will never return for a truck.
MARK FBrian was awesome. He explained if I finished early to bring the truck back and save some money. Outstanding service, equipment ready to go when I arrived, and a great location.

Mark BYour guys hooked the big appliance hand truck into the side braces of the 6x12 trailer. That heavy hand truck ripped out the wood braces from the trailer wall. Thankfully I bought the insurance but that would have been a nightmare, you guys need a better way of holding down the hand trucks in the trailers

Norma PI dislike that I had to take photos of my license, the condition of the trailer and confirm condition. The customer should not be required to do administrative work for a business.
SEAN DThe 20' truck ran rough, sputtered, had difficulty on hills, shimmied slightly above 50mph. We had to call roadside assistance (who did great, even with a delay getting to us) but was able to continue to our destination. The brakes also sounded strange a few times. The staff was great.

RODRIC RI would like to complement the manager -- Brian D. -- who waited on us at this location. He is very efficient and helpful. We always pick this location because Brian is excellent. There is no line for waiting to pick-up. He answers all of our questions and he is always working -- making the most of every minute of the day. By far, the best person I've ever dealt with at a U-Haul location.
Tracy HEverything was good except for the drop off in Florida. I drove to the original drop off location in lake worth only to find it that my drop off location was changed. This was a surprise to me as I received no communication about this from U-Haul
WILLIAM TYou need to start by terminating, the person working in the unit, extremely rude and disrespectful, she treated me like the service she was given me was a freebie. She had no customer service skills whatsoever and I won’t be returning to that location. Why do you guys hire people like that?! Absolutely disgusting.

KARINA FHad to use the online check in and check out features… a little cumbersome.. in the end, I was charged 12 dollars extra for gas.. the fuel gauge read at the same level as when I picked up the truck.. I did all the work of an employee, which I did not request to do, you would think that I would get a discounted rate. The next day, I rented another U-Haul truck from a different location, they did all the check in and check out work, plus no added fluff fuel fee.. This is the way to do business!
