I know miss placing our keys are our responsibility but going into this unknown situation I felt like I was being screwed and provided with no help as a customer for years and never causing an issue that uhaul should have assist me in my need..it was an emergency to get my belongs on this day ..Or at least having a contract with locksmith In the area with a fee that is reasonable..finding one in this area and availability was a challenge and very overwhelming...and hours missed ...other than this I appreciate uhaul for the storage ...

Check returned equipment! I picked up a tow dolly, drove 35 miles to get a car and upon arrival found that one of the tow straps was coiled up and jammed into the roller. The trailer was useless. Drove all the way back to U-Haul and for another one. Employee was lethargic and unprepared. Tow dolly was buried in snow and not ready to go even though I booked it the day before. I rent these things all the time from various locations and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I usually have a top notch service from UHAUL. I will not be going back to the Attleboro Massachusetts location again.

I had no idea how to change the truck’s gear. Last U-Haul I drove was a manual. I had to get a friend to help me out. I know it seems obvious for some, but some instructions would help.

Returned the Truck with more gas than what I was given initially and being charged almost $50 for Fuel service and Fuel Charge is crazy, when I picked the truck I was only given 48 miles left of gas, when I returned it, I had left it with well over 70 miles, Was I suppose to full the Tank up all the way? If so then shouldn't I received it with FULL TANK?

I dealt with a rep named Will at the Attleboro location. He was awesome- efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I rent a trailer twice a year for the last 10 years and this was the easiest time ever.

The passenger side rear view mirror was almost impossible to adjust. And, the steering wheel was sticky and felt dirty. Otherwise, the 15-foot box truck was great!

Dropping off our vehicle was smooth, despite only one staff member being visible on site. He was behind on checking in vehicles but asked if we were okay with receiving a digital receipt later. We appreciated not having to wait to drop off the vehicle, and the digital receipt arrived about an hour later with no issues. Overall, a convenient and hassle-free experience.

I wanted to rent the truck for the whole day. I got charged 50 dollars extra from coming back at 6 pm vs 4pm. It’s more than the original rental itself. I will use a different company next time that does standard daily rentals. Since when were rentals only 8 hours?

The facility is way too expensive for the unit you get. I paid $60 a month for a different, brand new U-Haul location. Luckily the staff are friendly and helpful.

My move out date was July 31st The unit was empty on the 31st, and checked by an employee. I was still charged for August after I was assured I would not be charged !! I am very unhappy about this and want my refund.

My belongings were damaged due to animal access. Droppings all over my personal belongings I had to trash the whole storage. A lot of property lost

The garage door was not working for you over a year; for a little over a year I had to have a staff persons help to open and close the door to my storage room because the holes for the lock didn't match up. Finally, the price increased even though I paid my fee on time and the garage door still remains inoperable.

Rented from U-Haul for over two years and garage door to get things out or in easier was constantly broken and had to inconveniently bring in through a regular door.

Our furniture and clothes are all heavily damaged by mildew (despite using several humidity reducing canisters) and rodents. There was no food in our unit, but the amount of rodent droppings that I had to sweep out was disgusting. The price was much higher than anywhere else and snow/ice removal did not seem to be a priority. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

I left my valuable family heirlooms at your facility in Attleboro Massachusetts on pleasant st. When I came to retrieve them from my storage unit, they were all destroyed by rats and water damage. Nearly everything was destroyed

Overall, an underwhelming experience. The layout of the parking lot is unfortunate. Hard to navigate if the lot is full & there are more than a couple of customers. Office staff wasn’t necessarily rude to me, but they weren’t exactly friendly or very helpful either. Calling this location is pointless; I’ve yet to have someone answer. Try another location unless this is your only option. Storage unit itself was as described, and dusty, but otherwise clean. For the price of the unit though, and the overall customer service experience I would recommend going somewhere else.

The particular unit I rented looked like someone got sick in it! There was a really bad stain on the floor, though it didnt smell bad, I took it as the location and size were good. I put down plastic and then towels on the floor to protect my items. Please repaint unit 9, first floor inside the building at the Attleboro MA Pleasant St. Location! The staff was always very helpful and polite.
