I was very upset that I received a truck with just 1/4 tank of gas in it causing me to have to fill up the truck right away. The truck had a service engine light on which made me feel uneasy. Also, the employee working had an awful attitude, every time I asked him a question about the contract, his response was " I don't know, it's what corporate wants me to do". The employees customer service was horrible, I left with my questions unanswered and he just seemed like he hated his job and the company he works for. Terrible image for your company!

Nothing! Attleboro was great. Our initial request was made at the Whitinsville location, who forwarded our reservation to Upton. When I needed to add a trailer, Jerry at Upton was kind enough to help us find the equipment and set up a new reservation with Attleboro. Moving is traumatic! And it's good to know that the U-Haul people care, and are willing to help. Thank you!

No one mentioned to me the SafeMove Plus does not include the tires. I had a small accident and one of the tires got damaged and they charged me $169.5 for the damaged tire.

My reservation was for 24 hrs from Aug 31 to Sept 1. A half hour before my pick up I was told my truck had a flat and I would be rescheduled. They called me back and acted like they were doing me a favor allowing me to use a truck for 3 hrs from 4 -7 on the 1st they actually said to me we you need to make it work when I told them I only had help moving during the day. I had to pay my landlord for the extra day at the apartment and then since I was only "allowed" 3 hrs I was only able to move half my stuff and had to pay over $200 for other movers. Using Uhaul actually cost me an addtl. $250! Plus when I went to pick up the truck I mentioned my trouble and was told "nobody" is getting 24 hrs. So now I've contacted a lawyer.

Some reimbursement for gas the customer paid left in the tank. Uhaul charges if your below but does not reimburse if over, seems unfair to customers.

The gentlemen at the counter were overwhelmed with inexperienced and unprepared customers. They were patient with them, and expressed their appreciation for those of us who were prepared and ready to go. They smiled which means everything when stressed.

Lack of professionalism was astounding, over the phone and in person. The day was stressful enough and I did not like the degrading manner in which I was treated. They also did their best to charge us more and maybe did. My husband did loose control when returning the truck and got verbal. Hoping not all locations are like this one.



The employees were friendly and helpful. Very patient too teaching me how to open and close the door properly ! Great experience with U-Haul!

Jeff and crew were slammed! It's one of the 2 biggest moving weekends of the year here in New England due to all the colleges and universities. These guys were on top of it, and on the ball! The customer service was awful at this location . The staff were rude and lack basic customer service skills. I have used uhaul many times in the past including this location. I hope that this was an off day . The attitude of the employee who waited on me made me feel that my presence was an annoyance to him .

A single staff member was waiting on 4 customers. We had an issue with a truck and the trailer light connection requiring swapping trucks. This caused unexpected delays of 20 minutes. One customer who was waiting was just buying a single box. A kiosk or self help station may help in high flow situations. Your staff member did well but was feeling the pressure.

i first tried to book a reservation online, but did not get a confirmation email. i stopped into this location to confirm that they had the reservation. They did not, but the rep. was a great help in securing the reservation old school. overall a definite plus to be able to deal with a person.
