We reserved a cargo van, but were given a truck, with poorer gas mileage and a higher mileage fee. Had we known that cargo vans weren't available at this location we would have driven to a more distant location and avoided the hundreds of dollars in extra fees, but we didn't have time given lack of notice.

suggest telling customer about the need for correct hitch ball size and necessary adaptors for the lights hook up. Very disappointed that neither was told to me without asking and having to buy an adaptor from the facility.

Nothing you made it very easy. We reserved the U-Haul ahead of our scheduled date. We picked it up and a very nice gentleman took us to the U-Haul. Great service thank you
