You really should add "Starting" at $19.95. My bill ended at over $150... Which wasn't bad for what I was able to accomplish.

Trailer had serious issues of stability, wheels (not sure what it is, I am not a mechanic) making the trailer bounced up and down from the sides, at a times it felt like braking and pulling back, forcing me to go to an excessively low speed even in a highway (getting my annual dosages of honking from any car, truck and pick up for an entire day). the vibration was excessive from the moment I left the parking lot but I did not make a lot of it (I normally trust people operating machinery). I did not feel unsafe until a fellow driver stopped me from his car to warned me that the trailer was bouncing excessively and it seems close to break (empty and load with a couple of pieces of furniture).

Please have someone in the registration area when customers come in. When we went in the building another customer was there waiting for service. I called the customer Care line and after a few minutes someone walked into the building.

I personally couldn’t have asked for much different. I did let the manager know that there must be a small leak somewhere in the truck I had because the small “Mom’s attic”space had water on the ledge and got one of the bottom of my boxes wet. Assuming they didn’t know about that and trusting he will look into it and fix it. Other than that I appreciated the service and truck usage and am grateful. Thank you.

The gentleman who helped me to set up the equipment on Monday morning around 8:30 was absolutely professional, verifying safety issues and making a recommendation that he, himself, made possible to fix. It was a fantastic experience. I’m extremely thankful for his kindness and dedication.

I wish the covered trailers had bigger holes on the wall to tie stuff too. The holes that are there essentially useless. They are too small for most hooks or rope to go through. You can’t even put a finger through. I couldn’t secure my load well and ended up damaging my stuff.

U-Haul smelled liked musty cigarettes and inside where the radio is was dirty. The store was as very well maintained and nice. The guy at the desk was very nice as well.

Store personnel were very accommodating as I ended up adding 2 additional days onto my 1 day rental. Professional and friendly. Very satisfied.

Awesome customer service at this location. The manager was on site at the time of pick up and return and went beyond even hooking up the trailer and then unhooking when I returned. Just amazing customer service. I will definitely return in the future.

The front window both on the inside and outside was not clean. The outside was covered with bugs and the inside had a film on it that caused a foggy look. When I got home with the van, I spent at least a half-hour both on the inside and outside to ensure the vehicle was safe to drive. A little attention to detail would go a long way to customer satisfaction. Otherwise, it was a new van that was a pleasure to drive even in heavy city driving. I found the technology easy to use and it made for a safer driving experience.
