Aside from the auto transport being very dirty and the lateches no being lubricated, This place is great! I really appreciate the convenience of after hours drop off and the guys here always help me out in a timely manner.

My U-Haul vehicle was a little bouncy. I got a 26 footer don’t know why it was bouncing maybe because it was unloaded but once I loaded it it kind of stopped overall 10 out of 10.

Make sure tires and good and maintained. Tire was low on driver side and had to have tire changed before my move to Arizona. Did delay my move Other than that all was well

Staff give the impression that because they have the rental you want they are the boss in charge. Next time you want to add an additional contact, try asking if it is ok if you call them before you just arbitrarily do it. Some people work nights and sleep days. Thank you for waking them up for such a bullshit request. Next time try less bossy attitude with your customers, you will find they are just people too.

Kyle was extremely friendly and very professional. He was extremely helpful and polite. He is a great asset to Uhaul and should be recognized for truly caring about the customers needs. Kyle true asset his willingness to accommodate customers needs and his great attitude is extremely hard to find these days. Hats off to Kyle!!

I always use this U-Haul whenever I can. Every staff member is friendly and helpful and really go above and beyond to be helpful. Great customer service. Trucks are well maintained.

Just an explanation for the NO. I would not recommend that location, especially late at night because of a group of young men that were drinking in the alley next to the location. As a former police officer I tell my friends to avoid situations like that.

I am so grateful to the manager Andrew for being not only a dynamic Manager but he has a heart of generosity and kindness. Andrew is very understanding of life amd all of it's short comings. His staff is excellent as well. I love the efficiency and how prompt thwy are in assisting each customer. I would recommend thus facility a million times. Thank you Andrew for everything. Nothing on my original reservation was available and I was told hours before pick up, no ramp, no dolly (guaranteed or not) and the15 ft truck not available. Customer service was poor. I’ve been to this location many times and I couldn’t believe the lack of customer service all around. It really made my love difficult. Why make a reservation at all?

Your employees at this location were incredibly accommodating. The only suggestion I have is to have the truck that was reserved, available for use. Regardless, the guys were able to make the situation right. Kudos to them!

Ordered a van online. I still had to wait in line when I got to the store. Waited 15 minutes (only one attendant) to help me pick up the van. The rental was for two hours. By the time I drove off the lot with this rental I lost about 25 minutes. Needless to say we had to rush to make it back in time to return the van. Frustrating.

I read the instructions for the Stealth hitch installation and it gives instructions how to cut out a small hole for the hitch to fit with the under cover on. The location decided to try and throw the whole cover away and luckily I kept the cover so I can finish the rest of the installation myself. I will need to buy some parts back from Kia to get my cover attached back. I would recommend following the installation instructions next time. The hitch itself is installed but throwing away parts that affect aerodynamics and water protection for the rear of the car when instruction clearly show how is why I do not recommend this location again.

Made a reservation online under my account and went to pick up the trailer in the morning, I was in and out and on the road. Went to drop the trailer off when I was finished, driveway was loaded with returning trucks. No worries though because the gentlemen who work there cleared the drive way in a matter of minutes, directed me to the back to drop the trailer, came inspected and unhooked the trailer, and again I was in and out and down the road in no time. This is my 4th time renting a trailer at this location and even though I've moved further away I come back here because of the service. Great job to the guys that work there, they are awesome.

I wanted to keep my unit but could not because it was not a standard unit was make shift and built up in the air and had a ladder for access and there was no way to put furniture in it and I am disabled so I had to close it.

I spoke to the GM of this location prior to my move out date personally face to face in the month of May and told him that I will not be keeping my storage in the month of June and will move out my stuff my then and to cancel my storage. He then went and processed a payment in the month of July from a family member that I did not want so they were basically lost on there money paying for a storage that I had no items in or access too as I threw away my key and had no desire to EVER RETURN TO THIS FACILITY. Then when I contacted him on in the month of July to cancel the storage and to issue a refund to the people I didn't want paying my storage.he tells me I have to sign a release form saying I am releasing my storage unit and retrieved my belongings.i fill out the form and send it to him via email. He calls me back again and says my signature is too small that I have to refile the form and send it again ?? Then takes two weeks to finally cancel my storage and send this feeback form ?That was my signature regardless the size. I felt discriminated against by this GM with his sarcasm courtesy and belittling condescending demeanor .

The staff is very helpful at this location. I appreciate the cleanliness and bug-free units. The temperature is kept comfortable. The hours are reasonable, but did need to come back the next day because they close earlier than I usually need, but that was a work-around I was able to do.

I had a reservation to get a 6 x 10 x 10 storage unit so I went in to get it and it took three hours to get I had a trailer I was pulling that I had rented from Home Depot I didn’t make it back in time so they charge me another day because I was stuck in line trying to get my storage unit you guys were slow

While transferring my things to my storage compartment I am under great suspicion that someone walked up and stole my Nintendo switch it's been missing since I first dropped my things off. This happened right outside the store's storage entrance which has cameras. This was the day I checked in and dropped off my U-Haul truck rental. So it was day time at the storage facility on the store grounds someone walked up and stole it out of the U-Haul truck on property grounds. I asked a store rep. If he can check the cameras for what actually happened that day. He said he would call.. never got a return call...

Constantly the computers would be down and kids work there never answers the phone instead just sit around on their sale phone. I had a 50 dollar VIP voucher and the kid said the computer couldn't accept it at the moment ,he said that he could call corp and see if there was something to do about it but he didnt want to cause it was Sunday and they probably wouldn't answer anyways . I called and got someone on the phone within minutes. The corporate customer service manager then tried to call and they never could get them to answered either I had to go and tell the kids their boss was on the phone then they answered and only after speaking to her and their manager did they try to work something out then he told me they could only discount it 30 bucks unless he called someone to get it changed on the other end which I said call then so in the end they honoree the 50 dollar voucher but only after I did way more work then I should have had to do on my end . Also In the mix I had lost my key to my lock and knew how to drill the lock with out damaging anything to which I was told I'm not aloud and would need to pay a lock smith which is 170 -200 dollars . Just FYi your policy is bs when I went to drill the lock I was stopped so I called the police to which they were agrivated about even wasting time on this they told me and the workers at the uhaul that the lock was my property and so was what is in side the locker that it is unlawful to stop me from poping the lock myself . So in the end I popped it myself. This scar taxtic is crazy on uhaul side . So In the end all experience was terrible both on the Chicago uhaul side and even more on the riverside location . I have never been met with such horrible, lazy customer service. Theres a whole other experience listed on my file of when I moved in . I will say everyone I spoke to on the phone from corporate was very respectful and helpful never had an issue with them .there is so much wrong with the riverside location I am surprised they are allowed to used the uhaul name .
