Uhaul corporate needs to invest some serious effort into “drop off” using your iphone - after an hour + trying teo different phones - finally got thru on the 800 line - so happy the customer service rep had as much difficulty on their program platform as were having. (It was about 8:30 on a Sunday evening) it was recommended we call the next day to the site and confirm vehicle receipt ! Only one employee on site (i was told) and 3 phone calls JUST to confirm ! Ended my Monday still without knowledge or the contract closed out ??????

When I was given the nearest drop off location I wasn’t told it was 11 miles from my house. I would have also expected to be given additional mileage to compensate for the extra distance but I wasn’t.

There was a broken visor that I wasn't told about. Didn't discover until I hit a speed bump and it fell down. I was told they were aware of the problem when I returned the vehicle Things like this should be addressed before the customer takes the vehicle. I was very concerned that I would be penalized for a damage I hadn't created and wasn't sure how to handle the situation. I returned after the office closed and had difficulty getting the phone app to work. The employees came out a while later and reassured me that I only had to turn the vehicle keys in the slot and have the tank filled. Which I did. They were courteous and helpful. Thank you.

They change my location. When I returned the truck, there were only 2 ladies working and one was on the phone for more than 20 mins and the other one was outside. After waiting for more than 20 mins I went outside to ask the other lady for help. She said to left the keys inside the truck and she will do the rest when she get a changes. I end up getting charged for more than 90 miles when I only used less than 20. Worst place ever!

Make it easier to use the 24/7. I wound up going inside to have them do it for me. Couldn’t connect with out into your WiFi. I refuse to use public WiFi

I’m very upset that that day of me picking the truck i got a call from this location to tell that i would not have a truck for me that day, I had to force myself to get this done and at the end of the day they did have it but the frustrating part of nor knowing specially the Daisy of. Very unprofessional and no I would not use this company again plus my review in yelp is not going to be nice.

During Peak hours add more support for customers maybe. Average wait per customer could be 10 minutes x 5 people in front of you is a 50 minute wait to have service. Separate those just buying boxes or supplies or simple things. So maybe 2 lines. Explain to customers where to drive up when returning items, provide a local map to the freeways for those unfamiliar with the area. Let customers know how long they have to wait. Signs encouraging customers to RESERVE U-haul trucks at least 3 to 5 days prior. For those that have a reservation, a more fastrack service could be provided. In other words understand your customers needs and categorize or triage their needs and service them accordingly. Like banks if you are only doing a deposit then get in this faster line. Service people were friendly all that I dealt with. You guys are doing well but you can improve on wait times.
