the U-Haul Team on duty Monday, 11/28/2016 were super supportive and very time efficient. Although the young lady managing the front desk and the phone was very busy, as soon as she cleared the waiting line inside, she immediately came outside to help the (1) male employee get the waiting customers on their way. This left a good impression of this U-Haul location stamped in my mind. Keep up the good work!!!

I reserved my trailer for Riverside, I received an email with the Spruce St. address. I left, went and got my RV and drove to Spruce St. and was told the trailer was in Corona. U-Haul SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My only complaint is I reserved a one-way truck at a location that is less than 2 miles from my house and ended up had to drive additional 20 miles (to and from) to pick up the truck at the 6th St location and had to go through some bad traffic (construction) on the freeways.

The truck we rented set us back with moving . We did 4 loads too and from houses and every time we had to jump start the truck . On the 5th trip we had to leave truck engine running while we loaded the truck and in loaded the truck .

Check in way tooooooo slooowwww. You have everything in the computer and only one person checking in, 10 people in line!!!! You have the employee on premise let them check people in.

They guy who setup the reservation was extremely rude and unprofessional. I personally ignore such behavior because I know companies attract poor employees with their poor wages but my friend I was with wasn't allowing the disrespect and they both got into a little vocal altercation.

The company should work on their associates being professional, especially when interacting with and in front of consumers.The associate inside the building helping with my reservation was unprofessional. When the phone rang around 7am, he said loudly "why is someone calling so early?" and when I mentioned that I already completed the check in process online, he responded in a rude tone "well, it's not in the system." Luckily, the associate outside assisting with the vehicle inspection was courteous and insightful. It is because of the associate working outside that I was willing to return or recommend this location.

I had reserved a 17 foot, but there were none on the lot. So I was given a 15 foot. Granite the size worked, but barely. I was not happy my reserved truck was not there!

Two weeks ago i had the best rental truck experience in a different location in Fontana ,staff was friendly and caring, going beyond the extra mile to help, all great , management is doing a good job in this location however very happy , but renting a truck from this location in corona was a big mistake , i had the worse customer service in my life , and i have better expectation from uhaul, the employees using the F word non stop to your customer, really, non acceptable,very very disappointing, i called customer service to open a ticket and report the incident , the only purpose of this call was just to get a call from a manager of the location and apologize to me , so also they can fix the problem , i had never ask for discounts or compensations, i was just upset,about what happen, well a day later i got a call from the manager from this location in corona, and while i was on the phone with him , he was reading all the notes, and before any apologize he said , i wont be able to waived or compensate anything from your account , i was very confused , because i never ask anybody for discounts, just an apologize, and he said very dry , i apologize. and he was done with the call, that is the time i was able to understand that the problem starts from management with 0 customer service, if the leader doesn't have any customer service, of course your employees are going to be on the same level, i will be calling corporate again until i get a real apologize, not a fake dry apology.
