You have to park on the street. I advise having someone drive you to the facility and drop you off.

I had nothing but problems from day 1 when I was given misinformation about the the deposit, and told cash deposit was not an option leaving me without a truck and costing me jobs. Then again on day two even more problems arose. Each time I spoke with someone I was told I had made my reservation for a different time. They gave my reservation away but told me I would get a $50 credit. Then the $50 credit was taken away as well and the man helping me told me I could not rent a truck from the location I was at and would have to travel (on foot) approx 10 miles to the next closest truck. I questioned this over and over before making a new reservation in South Corona. Before leaving however I went back to the front desk to find out they did in fact have a truck for me to rent, even after this lying customer service rep had sworn up and down none were available. This same guy (Jonathan I believe his name was) was also supposed to turn in a complaint for me, but I never received word back leading me to believe he lied to me yet again. Now my belongings that were left in the truck as they came and took it are being held in a storage unit but I am not allowed to retrieve them, My only forms of I.D. are in with my other belongings, but since I dont have spare copies they will not let me retrieve my stuff. Instead I am being forced to go through the California DMV which is a process that will take no less than 2 weeks. Without my belongings I am unable to get in to my house, car, or bank account and I am stuck living on the streets like a bum because once again the customer service at Uhaul is not willing to serve its customers,,, how Ironic,

My service adviser that help me at the front desk was very rude, and snappy. When i returned my vehicle to the destination provided by u-hual. U-haul never checked my vehicle in and called me the next day complaining i still had there vehicle.

The owner was rude and told us to take the wrong truck. Then when we did get the right truck, the moving blanket bag was already opened and the blanket was already removed.

Key drop box was a little small - couldn't get paperwork to fully drop.

They forgot my dolly but other than that everything was fine. I should've checked the truck before I left to make sure it was in there. They took it off my bill, but no one apologized.

Best Uhaul experience I've had, and I've had a lot! Great process, quick and friendly.

When renting a open trailer or a motorcycle trailer it would be better to offer tie down straps i have my own but it would be benifical since a customer wouldnt need them as often so they are not forced to buy them

I was charged for EZ fuel, even though I filled the tanked. I have receipts to prove it. We drove 32 miles and filled 8.1 gallons. Thats 4 miles per gallon? That's ridiculous.... After filling the tank the fuel gauge only read 7/8ths full. When I was charged they opened a case. General manager called and said I was wrong the gauge is correct, but will refund the charges. That's nice, but I don't to care to be called a liar. The trucks gauge is not reading correctly. I wanted to fax the receipt to show the date and time stamp from the station (which is across the street) when I returned the truck. I guess U-haul will just make it up on the next customer.

have an express counter location for customers who pre- register and reserve in advance on line. A customer still has to wait behind all of the walk in customers several minutes just to get up to speak to a counter person. It would be much faster to have a second person at the counter for pre- check in reserved equipment.

Picking up the truck was great and the woman at the counter who helped me was very nice and professional. The only issue I had was when I dropped off the truck. I pulled into the return line and it was backed up with about 4 trucks ahead of me. Another person with a trailer pulled in behind me but didn't have room to clear the street because of the backed up line. Nobody was there to take the keys. I went inside and there were two guys talking to each other and didn't greet me as I walked up to the counter. I told them I had a return and they told me to just leave the keys in the truck because the one guy hadn't "clocked in" yet. So I did but meanwhile the line was backed up and blocking the street. They were very unprofessional and didn't seem to care at all about anything.

They did not have our truck so gave us an older one that the air did not work properly and did not have the two furniture dolies we ordered and refused to give us the floor display
