I don’t have a problem with this location. My problem is with U-Haul and how it is managed. I rented 226 foot. U-Haul‘s reserve them three weeks prior was not reached out to regarding any change of pick up locations. I had to reach out to figure this out The day of and the day before and I personally think if U-Haul has a scheduled reservation that’s going one way and making more money than a local move. It should take priority over the Local move meaning that customer shouldn’t be waiting on the other customer to drop it off at eight in the morning if they’re going to be there to pick it up at nine it’s just overall poor planning and U-Haul can do better in deciphering what pays more for the company to make more money and not lose a valued customer

Ashley BI reserved a 10 ft U-Haul truck online. I selected to pick up and drop off online. The day I was supposed to pick up the truck the website or the app would not allow me to use it to pick up. I had to go inside for the lady at the desk to check me in. She was impatient, rude, and talked so fast I kept having to ask her what she said. She acted as if I was disturbing her and she had to do some work. She checked me in and drove the truck around to the office. I did not realize that the 10 ft truck only had two seats. I needed three seats. I told her I needed the 15 ft to have the three seats, so again she acted disgusted and upset that she had to wait up on me. I forgot to take my paperwork with me and I needed to call the office and I was not able to find the phone number for the location on The U-Haul website or app. When I returned the truck, I was was not able to use the website or the app to check in. I was able to leave the keys in the Dropbox. I had to call the next morning to make sure my check out had been completed. It had been completed and I had been sent a receipt to my email. ashley g | First ImpressionsI just hate that my daughter's stuff got sold because we found out too late to be able to pay the back charges that we had incured because we thought that the storage had been sold months and months and months ago and when we found out that it was still there I Ladonna gray could not pay the large amount that was supposed to be paid to get the storage out I had to pay rent car note and utilities and could not afford to pay the $700 and whatever amount dollars to get that storage out that was my daughter's not mine and she is no longer working but the lady who I talked to was very nice and tried to work with me but I just could not afford to pay that amount to get it out that if it was half of that amount then maybe I could have swung it but I could not afford to pay almost $800 to get the storage out at the last minute.

The next person we checked with said that wasn’t true, and the building closed by seven. We are moving stuff after work, so that does not leave enough time to get stuff done. The woman we spoke to about the 24 hour access issue was rude and said that option never existed, but it’s on a sign in the office, behind the desk on the right hand side. Also, the way the door was set up, it was incredibly difficult to get a round lock on there. I wouldn’t recommend this storage place to another person.
