I used the storage for one year & switched to a smaller one the last 6 months. Both units were clean & well lit. I like the security and felt safe accessing day or night. The staff I interacted with in person & on the phone were always polite & professional. I would recommend this location highly.

The only comment I had that was average was the drop off location was not where I wanted and it couldn’t be corrected. I had to call the 1-800 number , and they were very helpful and made the correction while I was on the road.

Erick was very busy due to U-Haul’s company wide system issues. He did a great job trying to get everyone taken care of as fast as possible given the circumstances. He was friendly and professional even when you knew he had to be stressed out. U-Haul not having any sort of backup when something like this happens makes me question whether I can rely on them in the future for a truck or trailer as these situations require a lot of planning on a customers part and U-Haul’s lack of communication on how long the outage could last makes that challenging. What should have been a 15 minute process took me visiting two U-Haul locations and over two hours.

Please make sure all customers can reach the key locks and make sure all order equipment is in the truck. My move was extremely difficult and long because I didn't have the equipment I needed to help me move and I'm super short. I had to put the code into a lower lock and look underneath to see what letters were on the opposite side to know that I got the code right. I couldn't see on top of the lock so I had to figure out the next best thing.

Return bay was overcrowded. Need to clear out returned vehicles quicker. I returned equipment and was told they would check my equipment in. I got a call the next day from uhaul wanting to know about where was the equipment... It appears they never checked me in!!

Love the location but my last two rentals have been a mess. This is the second time I have dropped off using the app and it doesn't register, even though I receive a confirmation. I get charged for "overdue equipment" and have to call. Yeah it gets fixed but it's a huge hassle. Still waiting on the receipt and refund for unused mileage. Not sure I'll use uhaul in the future!

I pre-rented a truck to pick up prior to the shop opening off or Rosedale. Went to pick it up and no truck was assigned so I had to drive extra miles to get a U-Haul since I had people coming to help me move. I had to pay for that too. So disappointed in u-haul.

I stored items in another storage facility for years. The items were not worth all the money, that I was paying storage for. I then sold the items. I was moving my Silverado truck to a military base, so they could replace my engine . I rented a car hauler from UhAul. This location, was just recently built and I rented a car hauler there before. My van is completely full of tools, but, I had about 10 boxes of engine parts, that went to my Silverado. UhAul sent me this email, stating, that I was given 30 days free on a storage unit. I decided to take the offer. It would make room for the car parts. I went to UhAul and they offered me any size storage unit for thirty days. I requested the first floor and a small unit nothing big. Just something to make a little more room in my van. The UhAul facility is built better and modern like no other. The manager, took me out and explained everything, about my unit. They give you a card, like a debit card, to enter in the electronic doors. The doors are wide and open automatically when entering or exiting. The dock were you pull up is the perfect height for unloading a pickup truck , so you don’t have to step up and down. They also have 3 large garage doors for climate weather. You just pull in and you are out of the rain. Wow I’m very pleased with this facility. To top it off , they gave me a unit , not even 10 steps from my van , parked in the weather garage parking lot. The place is clean, safe, secure , modern and all the staff is friendly. They even gave me a free round UhAul lock for the unit.

When dropping off the truck, the gentleman mer me outaide and assured me he would close out the rental and I'd get an email with the receipt. It wasn't u until late at night that I checked for the receipt and wasn't there, I logged in to my account and saw the rental still open. I went to the store Sunday morning to make sure they closed out my rental, the store opens at 9am, the same guy didn't arrive until past 9:30 am to open. He processed my rental close out but seemed annoyed that I was there and didn't care that I had to spend over an hour and a half of my day to make sure he corrected his mistake

We have held our U-Boxes here since December. In multiple visits since, I can say the staff is consistently overwhelmed and seemingly unprepared. We get different and conflicting answers to simple requests like pulling both of our boxes or getting them delivered. While our frustrations are valid, we do not ultimately blame the staff. This location clearly is the product of poor leadership. Where is the general manager? Clearly they have not adequately prepared their staff for day to day operations. U-Haul should seriously consider changing leadership at this location.

This Uhaul facility has great customer service and they even gave me free 30 day storage rental, which I needed to free up space in my van , to move some items. I really like how modern this facility is. They even have 3 garage doors you can drive in, for in climate weather. You never get wet going to your storage. This Uhaul, facility, is very nice.

The return process was a little bit confusing. I dropped the van off in a gentleman wearing U-Haul uniform said he’s got it. He would take care of it yet the next day I get a call because he never reported it as being returned. That was very upsetting and very unprofessional.

I spoke with the manager Morgan and advised her to stop auto payments because I would be late. I advised her of the date I would be in with the payment. She continued to put them through causing me 3 over draft charging me $29 each. Was told by customer they were unable to reimburse me. Transferred local office and a young lady took my account of auto pay…she did see the note of when payment was being made. Morgan were to call me back about reimbursing overdraft fees. I still have not received a call as of today. I since have removed my items and of course Morgan was not there.

Other than the lighting issue, the overall experience was great. Recommend installing motion sensors closer to the middle of aisles, so patrons don't have to walk nearly the entire length of the row in order to have ample lighting for their unit.

I had no problem moving my items into the storage unit. Everything went smoothly. The process when choosing a storage unit location was an issue. The original location that I had chosen was out of units (Alpa Omega III), but I was never notified. In addition to this, the individual running the location stated that they do not offer the first month’s rental for free. So I had to call and change my drop off location to UHaul of Dallas. Again, there were no issues with my move-in at this location. The customer service was excellent! It was just the lack of communication that forced me to choose another location in the first place. Please find a way to list participating vendors ONLY for when you offer specials in the future.

I was treated very poorly by your staff yesterday. You guys have $320 of my money that I desperately needed to pay my child support yesterday. I tried everything to get my money back because my family depended on it. I called corporate and they tried to call your store with no success to help me remedy the situation. I went up to the store and the girls working there told me that I would have to wait until Monday to speak to you, the manager. I explained how desperate the situation is for me and asked them to please get you on the phone to assist in solving this problem. They refused. This was a very big deal for me and still is. I initially called on the 23rd of November and said do not debit my account because I'm moving out on the 24th which is what I did. I thought that I had been removed from your system and was told that I was removed for your system by many people yet you guys drafted my account three times actually for a total of almost $500. One of those charges I was able to get back from my bank but immediately you guys drafted my account again after already taking $159.95 from my account. I didn't use the whole month of the rental but yet didn't receive any money back for the time not used . The manager was awful not helpful at all just tried to place blame on other employees, was told to have my own lock but yet got yelled at when I did and wasn't given a call or anything when they put ANOTHER NEW LOCK on my storage unit so i went 4 days with no access to my storage unit .

I was not contacted and my stuff was put up for auctions I received a phone call the day before notices were sent to the wrong address I got no emails ! And now all my stuff is gone for a bidder of $154 I’m definitely taking this all the way up to corporate and seeking legal advice ! This is wrong all the way around and the certified mail attempt were not signed by me ! So some illegal took the mail at my old address ! I had a terrible experience with my U-Haul truck. The light skinned young lady had a bad attitude from the time she called me to let me know my truck would not be ready at the time I reserved it for. Any questions I had she answered with a nasty tone and hung up on me. I didn’t get to pick up my truck until 2pm which put my moving schedule behind and didn’t give me much time to load things into my storage that evening before the storage closed. The next day I went to move my heavy appliance and noticed the dolly they gave me did not have straps on it. I drove to the U-Haul and asked for a replacement dolly and if she could extend my time for a little while since for the inconvenience. She agreed as long as I had it back before 5pm. I brought it back by 4:50pm and she left it parked walked to her car with a small child and another worker, took my keys and threw them in the key box as if I returned after hours and didn’t say a word to me and did not check the truck. I am highly disappointed in this transaction. I WAS charged even though I brought it back before 5 and this young lady was be very unprofessional, not helpful, and it seems she must of been hired while the company was in desperate need.

Went to pull in garage to load up at 5:50pm and stall already had all doors locked. Asked why doors are locked when you close at 7 they say we lock at 6? Not even 6 when I pull up! One morning I went by around 2 hours after they opened and doors were locked again! Really doubt if I’d use again until staff follows there own rules!

However, the other agents were kind of ghetto (mannerisms) and wanted to act like I worked there and should know how your systems worked after the first agent set up my reservation incorrectly. Don't argue with your customers when you are the one who made the mistake. We are tired, from moving, and cranky.

I wish someone would have warned me about the rat traps and sticky pads that would be inside the storage unit. One was stuck to the floor and the really nice guy cleaned it up for me.

The facility was typically clean and easily accessed. The times we had to interact with the employees, the ones at this location were friendly and helpful. However, the elevator was broken when we were trying to move out, meaning we had to carry a large unit down and out one item at a time. I know it might be expensive or difficult, b it adding an additional elevator or some kind of system that would lower items down would be beneficial as a back up so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. There was another group there working on a handicap accessible unit, and I’m just thankful the person in a wheelchair was not upstairs when the elevator broke because that would have been a very bad situation as there are no backup ways to get down.
