During this time I realized my storage move out was fast approaching. I needed to be out by the 11th however, I was in another state with family. I called the Charles Hardly location to let them know my situation and the manager so graciously gave me until the end of the weekend. I know that she did not have to work with me at all but she did! I am so grateful to this location for your kindness and grace in such a challenging time for me. If ever I am in need of Uhaul services again, this will most certainly be my location of choice.
