Reserved a unit and went to move in and it just wasn't reserved for me. Apparently the system made a mistake. Got up charged to rent a bigger unit. As a college kid, this was not optimal. This has happened with my family consistently over the years with U Haul. I will not be using this again.

Very easy to reserve room. Receipt of facility access information was fast. Facility well maintained and room very clean. Operator left helpful instruction pamphlet with the lock. I chose U-Haul rather than other locations as I live far away from the facility (using for a remote property) and did not really trust other facilities as I can’t easily check it.

Location and access very convenient for us. Check-in and final check-out very easy. Our unit was clean and dry when we moved in and stayed that way until we moved out. No complaints .

This was the second time we have rented at this same facility and both experiences were fine. My only complaint is that I moved the last of our items out of the unit on October 31st and notified the office staff in person on November 1st that the unit was empty. I was expecting to receive a refund for the un-used days of rent that I had just paid (a full 1/2 month). I was very disappointed that I was not refunded for the unused portion of my rent.

I still don't have answers to where my stolen items went or who might have used my key to get in it .I'm highly frustrated. And hope to seek some truth or evidence of someone illegally in my unit. your team in Atlantic mine are very sweet and. Kind . I don't blame your facility, or staff. I blame the local thieves that would be have done it to anyone , it just so happens it happened to me . For the price I pay each month, it should be guaranteed with 🔐 security an all. But keys open doors and who knows who got a copy of mine before I replaced it . I've been there three TIMES. Twice when I got a call saying my lock wasn't locked appropriately. I'm just hoping your security team catches whomever did this to me and my family. Thanks

Door was frozen, a mix up on the room number but was solved immediately when called. Excellent customer service.

Coat of unit went up 3 times in a 12 month period. Management stated pay the new rate or move. Would not work with you even tho I was a good customer and always paid on time or in advance for my unit. They didn't care if they lost a good tenant or not.

Only 2 complaints were the lost reservation I thought I had, though minor due to helpful staff, and I wish I could cancel by email or online or something, not phone call just more for convenience.

The lady managing the storage units was very professional and pleasant in helping me the the rental process. I give a big thumbs up to U-Haul storage and moving. .

storage unit leaked water and damaged items stored in it, talked to staff and they would not do anything about it.
