JOHN MThe employee was ex ellant. I used your website to rent a trailer to go from Prescott to buy a 64" wide ATV in Utah. Your website said- 6'x12' gated utility trailer with 5' opening, which is too narrow. So i reserved a 6x12 NON-GATED unit that claimed to have a full width opening that i could drive the ATV into. IT ALSO HAS A 5' OPENING. Luckily your employee fixed your problem and gave me the car-hauler. Fix you ad information.
