Simple efficient ease to use. The staff member Jaylin at the Frankfurt Square location was excellent very professional and accommodating to help me. I recently had some medical conditions and he was able to help me out. I really want the extra mile return was easy and I will definitely. Use this location again.

ROXANNE NThe ratcheting strap system was really dried out. It was hard to maneuver, and I had to spray it with PB blaster, but it’s still needs to be lubed up and maintained better but the person working the desk was very informative and helpful person.
MICHAEL MI know I had more gas in the truck than when I picked it up. I had to put even more fuel in it so I didn’t get a ridiculous charge. I believe word of mouth is still the best way to let people know of your experience. Thank you and have wonderful day.

MARK BCustomer service to rent the vehicle was great. However, the vehicle felt unsafe to drive on the road. The brakes were basically non existent. The truck was in seriously need of an alignment or suspension repair because it pulled hard to the left. The steering wheel shook beyond the norm for a truck of that size (former dump truck driver). Honestly it felt like the wheels were going to fly off. If I wasn’t in such a hurry, I would’ve asked for my money back and returned the truck. What to improve? Inspect and repair your vehicles so they’re safe to drive. Until then, I will not recommend this account.

Alejandro PThe trailer had a terrible vibration on the driver side at speeds above 60 mph. It may be the tire had a broken belt or something else wrong with it. Please have this trailer checked out. I forgot to mention this issue when returning the trailer. The trailer was clean and from a visual perspective well maintained.

John PVery friendly service and easy to get the supplies and truck that we needed. The only thing is that I had to run back to the store a few times, first to change the truck since they put the wrong one out for me, and second to get it unfrozen (no fault of their own). Maybe be a bit more organized when renting trucks, but overall a good experience.
