JESUS Cmessy location overall. had a 7 am pickup for a 26 ft truck. I was given the only snow and ice covered truck with no brush or scraper available. it was cold out but worker did nothing, barley came out to point out where the truck was . when I dropped the truck off no one checked the truck in just said they would email receipt. when I got the receipt the price went up by 10 dollars 49.99. I originally rented a 20 ft truck and rep called me and said they wouldn't have a 20 and would give me a 26 foot for the same quoted price 39.99. newer location very disappointing
MICHAEL SHad to wait when I turned in my truck only to be told receipt would be sent to me .Had to wait nearly 6 hours before it was sent to me .No one I spoke to was of any help .finnaly called store back with no explanation .on top of that from the start my reservation kept getting changed until it got put back to original location.no explanation from anyone .i have never experienced this type of horrible customer service ever .i will never use uhaul again unless manager or someone ‘important’can help explain this to me!!!!!!
BILL NLocation looks like it will be great. Looks like it is still being renovated. I will definitely be using this facility again. Both people that helped me with pickup and drop off were awesome. Looking forward to seeing this place fully built.

Ryan WEverything was great. Customer service was amazing too. First time renting with U-Haul to pick up furniture that was too big for my car and was a great experience book that same day. Customer service was on point. It was just excellent. It was an easy three hour rental and return.

JOSEPH NCould not get the trailer door open. The rails were completely rusted and dry. I had to work on the door for 30 minutes to get it open so I could lube the rollers and rails. Maintaince on this trailer was very much lacking. Plus the location had VERY little choices of trailers to choose from. The staff was excellent.

CLINTON KWhen I got the trailer, the lights didn’t work so it was my wiring so I went and rented a truck after renting the truck I found out it was not my wiring. It was the trailer wiring so I went and bought a wire for the trailer to see if that would work still no lights got pulled over like with a warning Thank God and then I asked the guy there. Hey do you think I can get some reimbursement? he goes no I don’t think so so yeah, my experience with you all over there was not the greatest. I would say it was probably the worst and I rent trailers and trucks all the time. Customer shouldn’t have to pay to fix your trucks.

GREGORY JI reserved an appliance dolly but was given a utility dolly it worked ok for the U-Haul help. But, everything else went very smoothly. They definitely need more checkout stations… one will not be enough for the volume of traffic.

CHRISTOPHER HI was called 30 minutes before my reservation to tell me the truck I reserved wasnt available. Then I was told to call the manager on her cellphone. When I asked that the manager call me she declined. I went to the store and begged for a truck . They tried to make me go to another location. I was in town to move and no one cared about the inconvenience. I was still charged 83 bucks given a discount on the mileage. I should have been fully compensated. This was a HORRIBLE customer experience . I live 8 mins away and they tried to make me go to another store. Just ridiculous customer service.
LASHAWN PThe staff is always very friendly, helpful and efficient. I have rented from this location a couple of times since they opened and I’m really happy with my experiences. The people make the business and they all have been wonderful at this location. Will rent again from them and recommend to anyone who asks me.

JOHN BThe automated system was down when I checked in, so they had no record of my reservation. The staff were able to get me a truck, but it took over an hour. Once I left, I needed to contact the store again. I called numerous times and no one answered. I finally called the corporate number and had someone who tried to help but couldn’t locate the reservation since the system was still down. She tried calling the store and they hung up on her, then never answered again - for their own corporate colleagues. My problem was never resolved.
Caroline MHad an issue with the equipment that they hooked up. Told the manager at the location. She was very disrespectful and rude. I ended up having to call Uhaul directly to file a claim. Uhaul is fine but this manager or worker was not.

JUAN RI recommend u-haul purchase iPass or work with the Illinois Toll Road to allow customers with existing iPads to use their own device in the rental upfront. I don’t like paying the toll after the fact and certainly not inclusive of any late fees because of no upfront payment of known tolls in my route.
LORRAINE EThe only issue I had was that the rental was not showing up on the app. I was told it would show up by the time I returned it (after hours) and I would be able to electronically return it then. The current rental was still not in the app so I was forced to just drop the keys in the box and pay the “convenience fee”.

CHRISTOPHER HOur van had spiders crawling all around the inside. I rented it on Wednesday evening to take my daughter back to college and woke up Thursday morning and it wouldn’t start. We called Uhaul road side assistance and they would take 3 hrs to arrive so we had to use our own AAA. AAA told us the Uhaul van had 25 percent battery life and was a bad battery. So, we had to go back to Uhaul and swap vans. I had filled up the van with gas the night before, so I lost money when I couldn’t use it. We lost our drop off spot at the university because we arrived 3 hours later. The General manager Chrissy Rivera refused to discount the van because of our experience she was very rude and unsympathetic to our situation. Her communication was poor she said “I’m not going to keep talking to you,” and she wouldn’t listen to my experience. She didn’t care about my situation. I called customer to complain and was told the Traffic Control manager, Shannon McKinley would call me back and she never called. Using Uhaul in Frankfort , IL was a nightmare and a major disappointment, especially Krissy, who I couldn’t believe was a general manager because of her poor communication and poor management of the situation. Even though I stayed calm she became visibly upset and refused to talk the situation through and be reasonable.
