45 minute wait to pick up my equipment at my scheduled pick up time due to only one employee on a Saturday afternoon. Straps on the trailer were frayed and difficult to feed through ratchets. U-Haul charges for a second full day if the reservation goes over 24 hours, even if the trailer is returned by the end of that second day

JOHN OHonestly I would not recommend anyone use Uhaul after my experience. I had put in reservation in abt 7 to6 weeks ago for a 15 ft truck. The day before my move to another state I get a call asking telling me that my truck is going to 26 ft truck if I still wanted to leave the 25th. I had if I wanted to wait until the next day I could get the 15ft truck or if I wanted to travel abt 1.5 hrs away to get the truck then they would have one available. I bot only told them that I had hired people to pack up my truck that I had other things that were waiting one me. So I had no choice but go with the 26 ft truck. I was also informed that I had to pay a higher amount for the truck after I had already made. Not only did I have to take a truck that was almost twice the size but also pay for the gas which has cost me abt 700.00 for the one way. Nope. U will never get my business. I was told that is the best that I could get. After expressing that I would be the one to make concessions. Not once did I get an apology for the inconvenience. I was treated like a money bags, I will tell everyone I know to stay away from a business who doesn't care abt the people but the good old dollar bill. It was notthe location. Fault for the issue, belongs to Billings. Thanks Trinty or who ever did not help me.

I’m hoping all is well. The reason I chose the enclosed unit was for the extra protection. Other than that I was happy with it.

ARTHUR TOn pick up the truck was fair but not the cleanest. Truck had a low rear tire which was remedied as I waited, but gave me concern about the tire on the long trip ahead. It worked out. I would rent again from there.

TYREL LThe tank when I returned the truck was at 3/4 when I picked up was at 1/2 . She was unable to discount or take anything off for my additional $40 in the tank. So on top of paying an additional 180 for mileage etc I ate $40 on the tank. Ridiculous
TASHA AUse a different moving company Uhaul is absolutely terrible. I called to make a reservation, then across multiple phone calls was lied to multiple times then connected to regional manager to ensure I had the right information and assured I was paying $565 Then the morning of the rental they changed the price with no explanation from what i had been LIED TO MULTIPLE TIMES that it was a GUARANTEED RESERVATION FOR $565 Uhaul lies, their managers lie, they will charge as much as they can and don't give two rats asses about customers or how they treat them. I should have hitchhiked.

ASHTON CThe manager was incredibly rude and degraded me in front of many people. I just got out of a domestic violence situation and am very vulnerable. I had my whole life in that U-Haul, with my dogs. I was homeless for a week and broke when I dropped it off. I tried to explain myself kindly despite being completely embarrassed and humiliated. He is super rude and unprofessional. I will never recommend this location to anyone, and honestly will never use U-Haul again.

chris hThe staff was friendly and very helpful. The "owner" has a fun way of explaining all the specifics, but if I hadn't of done it before recently, it isn't helpful. The truck was filthy - I found old food under the seats, the cup holders were sticky, the inside window has a film on it that wouldn't come off. The parking lot is super small and hard to maneuver and hard to see to pull into the street at the angle that you are in with a 26-foot truck. the passenger mirror was impossible to move so that we could use it. The seats were comfortable but made you sweat.

The only issue is the units don't have any interior lights so it is really hard to see your stuff, and it's not climate controlled. This makes the units kind of expensive for what you get. I've paid less than that for a unit the same size that was lit inside and climate controlled. So it's not a good value for what you pay.
