I rented a cargo van. It had been used by a contractor for a week and was filthy with mud which they swept out as best they could. Evidently they did not have time to clean it properly. There was another cargo van available but they insisted I take this one. I don't know what kind of tires they had on it but they were clearly inadequate for Montana in November. Maybe they came with the Arizona plates. I needed to move household items from a lake cabin and was barely able to reach it once I left dry pavement. I rented the van for 24 hours on a Saturday night after 6 but was told it needed to be back no later then 4:15 on Sunday even though the office did not close until 5. Overall it was not a great experience.

The gas was only at 1/2 a tank when we picked it up (so we took a picture) so far the great falls location is doing wonderfully! But they want the Kalispell location to reimburse us for the gas we payed for.

It'd be nice if the vehicle was cleaned inside, i.e. no smudges on the windows, etc., and if the vehicle rode without shaking your brain loose.

Arrived at location to load my 2013 dodge charger onto the trailer which they assured me would load with no problem. While I was directed onto the trailer my wife heard some noise and they assured her it was just the frame of the car and it would be fine. Well the rear tires began to spin on the ramp so we backed it off and they put some blocks of wood under the ramp to create less of a slant. Second attempt I heard the same noise my wife heard. I got out to inspect and it had busted the cover off of the fuel tank I my car. The attendants then went inside and left us out there, we thought they were coming back out, they did not. My husband finally went inside after cooling off and they gave him some rope to tie it up so it would not drag. We then had to load our other car and drive the charger from Montana to Idaho with that piece tied to the car, which was not helpful because we had to stop multiple time to retie the piece so it did not drag on the interstate. I believe your staff at this location acted very unprofessionally when they told my wife it was nothing to worry about as well as leaving us out in the parking lot after we discovered the problem. Our account will show we have used you multiple time in the last few years but this will be the last time we will be utilizing your equipment because of the unprofessionalism of many of your locations but this one sealed the deal.

The key was stuck in the ignition. We tried to contact customer service as the return was after hours. After a lengthy wait on hold, I explained the situation and was immediately transferred which put me back on the recording after recording. The rep should have given me a chance to respond. We were charged a $15 lost key fee. The key was stuck in the ignition. We should have been able to resolve the problem that night by phone. Too many recordings, Too long wait time. No help available by phone.

The pick up and drop off location and people were good. The customer service people need to be replaced with someone that actually wants to work with your customers. I had to drive 200 miles round trip to pick up a truck because they couldn’t get one closer. When I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and extra cost, the customer service people acted like I wanted the equipment for free. ??????????

This is the third time we have done business with this particular business, and every time it is the same - long waits and terrible customer service. Always short-handed, and the staff they do have are not trained. Two hours after we checked out the truck, they called us to tell us they had rented us the wrong truck and that we needed to return it. The truck was already half loaded. We were then promised a partial refund if we could have the truck back by 3 pm. We returned the truck at 2pm, but they "couldn't process the refund". I wish someone else would open a truck rental business in this town, because this one sucks.

We had a small issue with location when I rented the truck. The person who took my reservation had thought we could swap my pickup to a location closer to where I am. But everything got taken care of and they employees were very helpful and professional. I would say that I am not comfortable with staff using their personal cell phones to take a picture of my drivers license to process my paperwork!

They forgot to put the boxes and utility dolly into the truck. Had to wait till next morning around 9am to pick up dolly and boxes so lost a whole day of being able to load the truck.

Air conditioning would be nice in the 26ft trucks since they're most likely used for out of state/cross country moves.
