Elise RThis was not location I picked up vehicle at. It was change the week prior to my move. Truck as difficult to do mobile check in to get code. Truck back was not swept out and had mud smears throughout including the cab on passenger side.

Darrell MI had to clean out the trailer as there was dirt, etc in the back. It only required sweeping but I feel this should have been done by the staff before I picked it up.
Ronald EWe had to try 3 trailers till we had one that had working brake lights. The special order for boxes and other stuff was not given to us till we returned the trailer and I complained. Overall the facility looked disorganized due to renovations.

Craeg PI forgot to pick up the furniture pads I paid for at booking at the pickup location. This drop off location said they cannot reimburse me for the unused items I paid for, and told me to contact the pick up location for that. The pick up location contacted their main office in B.C. who told them the drop off location should reimburse me. So they basically passed the buck and I never got reimbursed. The staff at the drop off location in Calgary seemed very uninterested in attempting to assist me, unlike the staff in Black Creek.

John EFirst time using this location as my usual one did not have the equipment I needed, this location was very good, lots of equipment available and a good location.
Adam KHad to go an additional 16 miles further away than my usual location to pick up a van due to an issue at my choice of location. I was guaranteed to have the selected van at my location & booked 5 weeks in advance. I was then notified it wasn’t available thusly the further trip to pick up the guaranteed van at another location. There should be no additional mileage charge when a customer has to go further & out of their way to pick up the guaranteed van pickup at the chosen location. There should be better planning on U-Haul’s part to pick up & ensure the van is at location instead of the customer going to location to pick up. It’s a value added customer service point that would be greatly appreciated for the inconvenience & not being charged going out of the customers way.
Richard LThe trailer had a moderate amount of dirt and pieces of wood in it when I picked up. I drove through rain for about an hour and the back door leaked quite a bit. Multiple cardboard boxes in the trailer were wetted as a result. I know that the trailers are not supposed to be waterproof, but it appeared that the back door let in quite a it of water. I've used other UHaul trailers in the rain and they did not leak nearly as much.
Kevin RWhen we picked up the U-Haul truck the contract said that there was 3/4 of a tank and when I filled out the online form I indicated there was only 1/2 a tank and higher mileage than what the contract indicated. I let the manager know about this problem and he told me to fill it out online and we didn’t need another contract. As well one of the ratchet straps on the trailer was frayed and not able to hold the tire because we couldn’t ratchet it on properly. When we contacted the manager in Calgary when we wanted to drop off the truck he told the person we dropped it off to to put the fuel level at 3/4 of a tank instead of 1/2 to excuse the extra charge we were facing instead of trying to rectify the problem. Then told us to contact customer care about getting a refund. Additionally when reserved the truck we requested a utility dolly and a furniture dolly, the only had the furniture dolly and didn’t give it to us when paying. We drove off and then we had to turn around to get the dolly.
Hameet SQuick and friendly service. Lots of space to park your vehicle. Location still new hence no washrooms. Overall great experience.

Michael TTruck was listed as having 1/4 tank of fuel however it was closer to an 1/8th of a tank. I do not think it is appropriate to expect the renter to have to drive straight to a gas station after rent the vehicle. Also by providing the vehicle for rent with very little fuel you are expecting the user to guess how much fuel they will be using or over filling or having to stop twice for fuel. All not appropriate as far as I am concerned.

Andrew SWent to assigned location to pick up rental. Apparently the night before something happened to the truck. Wasn’t informed until I arrived, then I was re-routed to another location and told there was a $50 inconvenience credit coming to me. I never saw that. Anyway, the truck worked fine. I’ll be using U haul in the future but would have appreciated knowing I had to go to another location.

Mark SInstall better wipers on the truck. The truck I had worked very well in the winter weather. The wipers however, were very flimsy summer wipers and required periodically stopping to scrape the windshield. This next comment is more about U-Haul booking systems, than this location. Lastly, please provide a receipt when a customer returns equipment. When I dropped off the truck, the staff member checked it all in and said have a nice day, but when asked, he could not provide me any kind of receipt that showed the returned mileage or fuel levels or simply that I had actually returned the truck today.

Muhoza MRented a 15ft Uhaul for a move locally. Uhaul was clean and in excellent working order. All charges were explained on pickup, and the return was as expected. I would recommend this location.

Cody AExperience was very good. The first van they gave me had oil in the back, so we ask for another and they did without any issue. The second van wasn’t spot clean but it was way better, and a bit of dirt is understandable in Calgary in winter. The return process was quick and without issue. Would recommend.

Jason KI was recently charged double rate when I went to renew online so I paid 39.95 instead of 19.95. As a regular I’m not happy. Now I have to check all my receipts as I didn’t know you could charge extra. If I knew of the charges I would have returned it.
