Unless you want broke down equipment, equipment that'll ruin your property, then sure take the risk. Not to mention the equipment you have to jump every single time you try to start it, because it won't start. Also, they don't keep things clean. *BEWARE*, keep away from. UHAUL at all costs.

The employee running the building on Sunday 4/27/2025 was outstanding. Great people skills and very customer focused. The process was easy and fast and reasonably priced. Drop of was explained in detail and was easy to accomplish. I also felt the prices were reasonable. Overall I cannot think of any way to improve your current processes. 10 out of 10 rating!

Hands down the best U-Haul I’ve been to, especially for military PCS moves (8 and counting!). The team here is top-notch—especially the brothers at the front desk and the install technician. Got a quick and efficient trailer hitch install with outstanding customer service. If you have to drive a little extra to get here, it’s worth it. Highly recommend! Give those two a raise.

When I dropped off the truck the manager came out to me to check me in. The process went fine all except he was short with me and made me feel like I was a bother. I have used this store a few times and had great experiences with all employees except for the manager. He is not very welcoming and makes the experience an uncomfortable one. I do appreciate the store and all the products available. All other employees have been pleasant and competent and fun even.

Great service when i receive to pick up the truck. That was excellent. Although returning the truck on Saturday Morning the person who attended me was mean and not very friendly… If he dont want to work or its grumpy he better no offer customer service at all…

The unit had a wasps nest and I was stung by a wasp which I am allergic to and to be medicated quickly. I removed my credit card and it kept taking out charges instead of the card I replaced it with. Then I rented a truck several days before moving all belongings out of the unit and we returned the truck only to receive a letter saying we were late with our storage unit which we had alerted we moved when we turned in the truck.

Move-in experience was great! Ethan took care of the issues with first storage unit. Very helpful in making this a 5-star experience. New storage unit met my needs and then some; highly recommended.

I was very disappointed in the dimensions of unit 1261. Due to an 2' x 1' outcropping on back wall along with wooden crossbeams along the top. It is at best 4' x 5' x ~6.5'. This is not a dispute; rather, an observation about misinformation in the unit description. I expect a call from representative to correct this issue. Three stars as average for move in ease vs. not as stated in description.

Was never given a fob the alarm goes off but no one gets alerted Could just open door to area and anyone could walk into area, not secure at all No one answers phone at office Took over 2 weeks and then finally had to go to close out order No one returns calls

My only issue was that my storage facility was not available externally, but that was just a misunderstanding on my part. It was clearly labeled as interior, so I don't know what I was thinking, but I will know in the future!

The experience with the storage unit was excellent. The move out experience on your website was horrible. Every time I got done with the process, the final screen would say my session had expired. I tried using the chat and after the tech read my problem, she disconnected the chat. I verified I was still online so internet was not the issue. I tried from both my cell phone Via cell tower and my laptop via cable modem. I finally had to go to the store in person to move out.

The two gentlemen at the counter were unprofessional like they didn’t really care! And the card reader system didn’t work. Paying $170mo for storage You would spect a nice customer service!!!

Only issues was that every time I opened the units door the alarm sounded. I assume my card was not reading as it should. Not a problem for me, if an alarm sounds, does anyone come to investigate?

I believe I was robbed! I was told I would receive a refund by the staff. I should have received a pro rated refund for usages not used. The staff needs to keep their communication straight.
