Deann H. | First ImpressionsThe unit had a wasps nest and I was stung by a wasp which I am allergic to and to be medicated quickly. I removed my credit card and it kept taking out charges instead of the card I replaced it with. Then I rented a truck several days before moving all belongings out of the unit and we returned the truck only to receive a letter saying we were late with our storage unit which we had alerted we moved when we turned in the truck.

John S. | First ImpressionsI was very disappointed in the dimensions of unit 1261. Due to an 2' x 1' outcropping on back wall along with wooden crossbeams along the top. It is at best 4' x 5' x ~6.5'. This is not a dispute; rather, an observation about misinformation in the unit description. I expect a call from representative to correct this issue. Three stars as average for move in ease vs. not as stated in description.
