My experience in reserving a trailer for a one way rental was quick and efficient. I had more luck with a phone call than I did with the online reservation process. In the future, I will make a phone call to reserve equipment rather than using the online process.

We were told that the pickup we were trying to use was not able to be used with the tow dolly. Upon looking again on the website, it should have been fine. This resulted in me losing out on money because we could not make it where we were going in enough time. Probably will not use Uhaul again.

I was quoted a price on my initial phone call when I reserved the truck. When I got to the store they tried to charge me $35 more than I was quoted. Then when I brought the truck back they tried to charge me $50 more than I was quoted. I ended up paying what I was quoted but it was a real hassle!

Staff was very accommodating. I was walked out to my truck and shown how to adjust the mirrors. Questions answered with courtesy. Trucks are easy to drive. Price was less than I expected. Would definitely do business with them again.

Your customer rep rushed me into renting, and that made me uncomfortable. Here is what happened. I entered the U-haul main renting area, and a few items on sale for covering and protecting furniture, caught my eye. So I started looking at the items in order to decide whether I should buy some of those. Your rep saw me looking, and he interrupted me by asking me whether I was ready to rent a truck. He was at the counter and I was close to the entrance door when he asked the question so he was not standing next to me. I replied that I wanted to see what accessories they had. I expected him to leave me alone until I was ready to come to the counter myself to start the process of renting. He did not stop. He continued to talk to me from across the room, and asked me what type of truck I wanted, even though clearly, I was more interested in looking at the items for sale. He asked other questions (which I don't remember now) but clearly he did not leave me alone, nor did he come over to me to answer questions about what I was looking at in order to help me choose some of the accessories. By the way, no other customer was in the room at the time (it was early in the morning just after 8am). My reaction to him was to stop what I was doing. I decided not to buy any of the items that I was looking at because I felt rushed. I walked to the counter and asked for a 15ft truck. He proceeded with entering information from me. His attitude was LUKEWARM at best. When he finished and handed me the keys to the truck, he then told me that the truck was the first one in Row B. I told him that I did not know where row B was, but he said to go out there and look for it, and that it should not be difficult to find it. He did not offer to help me in any other way. Luckily, another employee had come into the room and was headed out the door to the parking area where the trucks were, so I asked him where row B was and he pointed out the row and the truck also. Then I realized that contrary to what I was told, it was not the first truck in Row B, it was the second truck. It was the first truck of its SIZE at row B but the first truck was a smaller truck. Anyway, I got in it and drove away. Your rep's name is Matthew Maisano. I saw his name on the receipt that was emailed to me. I returned the truck the next morning, and he was the one on duty again. This time he did not display a bad attitude. He went through the description of the cost of renting, mileage, etc in an even tone, professional manner, and I appreciated that, even though I did not tell him anything more. I did not want to carry on with any other irrelevant statements knowing what had happened the previous day. I only wanted to be done with the process of bringing back the truck so I could leave. In my opinion, maybe he was having a bad day that previous morning, but the last thing customers want is to deal with an unfriendly (and worse, impatient) customer service rep. Aweful experience. One guy was nice but new and the rest of them did not help the guy at all. I ended up returning the item and not using it at all. My account has two holds on it for some reason. I wasted two hours of my time.
