Gloria RArranged rental online, arrived at store and seen promptly on arrival. Check in took only 4-5 few minutes total, and rental trailer was attached by staff promptly and I was on my in only a few minutes. On my return when I arrived in the parking lot I was greeted by staff and trailor removed by staff. In less than five minutes and I was on my way. It could not have been a smoother transaction.

BILLY WUpon pick up, customer service was EXTREMELY poor. The young man that was at the counter was helping someone but never acknowledged our existence. Not one, "welcome, I'll be right with you", or "I'm currently helping another customer", or even "hello". Another associate came 7mins later and assisted us. Turn in was a complete 180. Bianka was very friendly, attentive and explained any questions that we had in turning the vehicle in. She was GREAT.
ANTHONY SCharged me for a missing dolly that was never provided, got a refund but had to request it.
LUIGI LTime estimate for job completion was not accurate, staff was very accommodating, and customer service was excellent.

They were so helpful after a nightmare experience with the retailer at 9094 New Guilbeau not having access to the keys then having a dead truck after spending an hour trying to get the keys from them.

TIMOTHY WThe trailer that was my own fell off the u haul truck as I was told that the ball was 2 5/16th and would out. The mirror on the driver side was stripped out and moved the whole trip and could not see out of it due to the wind. Truck was not cleaned out and the customer service was very weak and rude. I have rented 3 trucks as it was 2 26 foot and a 20 foot truck. I would not recommend this place or would use them again. They told me that there was 1/4 tank of gas but it was 36 miles to empty.

ELVIN EQuick and easy to drop off the vehicle. I didn't realize that I was to get charged by the mile and not just the time, so I was a little surprised when I was told I went "4 miles over," and would be charged for this.

On Saturday June 1, 2024, We researched a competitor and saw that their facility didn’t open until 8:50 a.m. even though hours say 8:30 a.m. when we got to U-Haul at 7:15 a.m., Jennifer was already working with clients and getting them into their truck rentals. Jennifer didn’t act or seem overwhelmed. She assisted us in all of our needs and had an answer for every question. Her professionalism is beyond the way an Owner acts and her can-do attitude explains why she is an owner. If she wasn’t prior military, we missed out on grabbing her for our team. In all 5 locations the staff was very cordial, helpful and professional. My biggest disappointment and surprise was getting charged over $900.00 for a rental of a 12X6 Trailer one way to Texas. I also rented a 26 foot truck and paid $1995.00, I had no qualms about that. The truck ran great!

Magenta W | Online Move InI love the place! It has air conditioning. On the last day I leaned about all the neat feature like the garage doors for driving in and 24 hour access for extra fees. It would have been nice to learn about these features early on I love that they have ramps of different sizes. Too bad they lock the sliding doors when they close the office. It is nice to have a bathroom and drinking fountain. It was nice to get water and frozen. The staff were friendly for the most part. There were a lot of problems with scorpions and cockroaches. The first day we rented an outdoor unit, it had hornets. Overall, it I s a really neat place. Employees should communicate all of the benefits and options at the beginning of the rental. I would definitely use this place again.
