I got charge double for using the trailer for one day….. not even 12 hours. And I got charged over a 100 dollars!! Not right!

As soon as I got home from getting the trailer, which was just a few miles away, I noticed a nail in one of tires. It's now after 5 o'clock, I need to load and leave, and I it's too late to return it. I follow the instructions on how to get help, and man did you folks deliver! A tire guy showed up pronto at my house, changed the tire in minutes, and I was back on track. Thank you. It was nice to see something with a big company actually work out great! U Haul has got it down to a science! Thanks

Jorge NThis facility could not have been more accommodating and kind. I had a delay in being able to check my son in at college due to bad weather and was not going to be back in time. I called and they were so kind to allow me to keep the trailer an additional 90 minutes. I will be using this center for all our uhaul rental needs in the future!

Jessica GPretty upset U-Haul could not accommodate my pick up location, which in turn cost me more then $100 in miles , you should not take a reservation then call days later and say we changed your location, with no credits nothing very poor management but corporate dosent care , you put me in a bad position cause I needed the truck for a job .
