Customer service and location were excellent. The truck however was in really rough shape. The cab was extremely rusty by where your legs touch getting in, the door leaked water all over me during the rainstorm for the entire 2.5 hour drive, and water leaked in heavy to the box itself causing damage to multiple boxes.

Improve? Nothing. Let’s talk about Matthew. That man is hustling with a smile and great attitude . Happily opened two trailers. Got me hitched and out the door and when I came back a weary traveler the next evening he was outside working and keeping it moving. You have a valuable employee there . I would go to that location just for the service alone. Well done.

Stacey keeps this location moving. She is always helpful and takes the extra steps to give the right information. I only rent and buy hitches from here. The equipment is always spotless. She needs a raise as far as we see it

I tried useing the app to reserve a trailer...it didn't work,I used this location a few times...even had a hitch installed on another vehicle...great place to do business...the manager recognized me for being there a few times which made the experience better.

When I dropped off the van, I waited in the van for someone to come out to check it. No one came so I got out and went inside and the gentleman that was sitting over in the lower computer, said can I help you. I went over and I put my paper from the a.m. down on the desk and said I need to get a receipt. He grabbed it and went outside and came in and didn’t even come over to me. Just yelled from the door over to where I was standing. You went over the mileage. Do you want me to charge the card. I said you don’t have to be so rude about this and he said you’re the one that slammed down the paper and then gave me an attitude. He then when was bending down to get me the receipt from the printer, he said I may be black, but I’m not your slave. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. All I wanted to do was go home. It was a long day and I did mention to that him that and he said it’s not his problem. The end I will never ever deal with that person again it’s obviously he has a complex and you know what the man in the morning that waited on us was so personable and it’s a shame that he has to have somebody with such an attitude working for him. I also run a store and I would never allow any of my team members to talk to anybody like he talk to me. I said I’d like to talk to the man that was here this morning. He said let’s get him on the phone together and then he pretty much threw the receipt at me and I left

Truck didn’t start at original location (which was different from the originally selected location), which you’d think they would check the trucks prior to customer arrival to ensure a seamless experience. Found another truck (thankfully) at the location originally requested, where the system prompted an additional charge despite paying everything else prior. It was a frustrating situation during a stressful time.

The storage has mice. The staff did not care. It's disgusting when you open your storage and see a dead mouse. The staff has attitude when asked to do their jobs and assist a customer.

The staff at this location was exceptional. I've stored since 1989 at different place's and states. The staff at 714 Wyoming Avenue Kingston Pa was by far the exceptional. The facility was well kept and I always felt extremely safe at this facility which was really important to me since it was like my home away from home. I highly will recommend this facility!!

It would be more convenient if the phone line could call directly to the specific office. It always went to a central call center. They said they would leave messages, but I did not know whether they made it through or not. But the staffing on site was great, very professional, and everything was always clean and seemed very safe.

I booked for first floor over the phone with the agent and got second floor unit. Tried to talk to management but they refused to listen to me. Had to get help to get stuff upstairs and pay out of pocket. Worst experience ever.

Over the years I have used numerous storage facilities in different states and the Uhaul storage in Kingston is the absolute winner in my book for several reasons! The unit was very well maintained and secure and easily accessible. The manager, Stacy was outstanding in every way— always polite, courteous, knowledgeable and ready to assist! Got out early in the month. Could NOT pro-rate my month. Rates kept on GOING up. Could not rent a van 1 way out of state. Had to bring it back.

Our Storage unit was filled with Rat feces and a dead rat. We had to leave a mattress that was covered in feces and had to throw away clothing and baby items that had feces on them in fear of disease
