This location and staff was very nice. The truck was clean and ready to go. I am very disappointed that my original choice of location was changed and I had to pay additional mileage for the truck because of the further distance from my home. It is almost like a scam and I feel that a lower mileage rate or the distance from the original pick up location to the available one should not be charged.

No help whatsoever. Girl working the morning of my pickup- Stacey I believe is her name- was just ignorant. I have used U-Hauls for various moves across PA and Delaware. They always go out with you to the truck, go over things with you, and adjust your mirrors while you're sitting in the truck. Not at this place. I wasn't even asked if I had driven one before. Twice I had to go in to ask questions. It was hard to adjust the mirror by myself since you have to manually adjust it. I wasn't even asked if I had any questions. Nothing. I mean that's pretty customary . Really the worst experience customer service wise ever. The truck was okay, but if you shouldn't work in customer service if you barely acknowledge a paying customer.

Try to have the size truck requested requested at the site it was booked for. It was supposed to be in Scranton and I had to go to Kingston to get it. Couldn't it have been driven up to Scranton for my convenience instead of two of us driving to Kingston to get it. Yes we were given extra gas mileage but I consumed more gas and the driver of the other car consumed gas and extra time used in our busy day. Otherwise it was a good experience except sometimes the truck wouldn't turn over in Park. Had to put my foot on the brake, start to turn the ignition switch, place the truck in neutral and then start the truck up in neutral. At first thought I had engine failure but all ended well.

The truck was quite clean with the exception of the inside of the windshield. There were several suction cup marks from previous users making it difficult to see under certain conditions.

Had problem with gas cap and unable to return with full gas tank. Stacy said no problem.I appreciated all their help. I rent vans before and will continue to rent in future.

I originally made a reservation at a location near where I was going to be using the equipment and all seemed fine until the day before when I received a phone call stating that I would be picking up the equipment at a different location - one that was over 15 miles further away. I was told that the equipment at the original location was broken, and that U-Haul would not bring a replacement to the original location, nor would they give me a discount for the inconvenience of having to drive the extra distance back and forth to pick-up/return the equipment. While I am pleased with the service I received at the alternate location, I am very disappointed with U-Haul's lack of caring and desire to compensate me in any way for the fact that I was greatly inconvenienced when they changed the pickup/drop off location.

Inform customer of drop off location when picking up truck. Received notification of drop off location by text after picking up truck. Drop off location was way out of the way which increased mileage to exceed the 50 miles per day. Did not have this experience when I used U-Haul previously! When I called U-Haul about the drop off location; the man who answered the phone thought it was a joke. Very disappointed with this experience. Also the truck was not well maintained.

Only thing I wasnt too happy about is I rushed to get it back ---and was an hour late---- was charged a full day rental due to an hour?????? Policy needs to change on that --- staff everyone was courteous and professional---establishment was well maintained-- truck was well maintained with the exception of the smell of cigarette smoke in the truck.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the booking and reservation process. I needed a car dolly last week I called a main uhaul center and after being asked a battery of stupid questions about what was being pulled and what is pulling it was finally informed there were no tow dollys available for the next 6 days. REALLY! 6 days for a dolly that i needed for 3 hours? You think tje clerk could have cut to the chase and said none were available instead of a full breakdown of my towing situation. In disbelief I called the next big service center and again was met with the same barrage of towing b.s. quustions to find out, nope none available there either for a week. Is this a joke? So now I leave my disabled vehicle on a lot with the permission of the landowner after explaining this unbeleivable dilemma to him, he too was taken aback. I then call to book a dolly for the 6 days later and am told by the clerk "we always have a dolly available" surprised I ask "are you sure? If so I will be right down" then low and behold apparently he was just as confused as I because he informed me his system was showing no dollys available until the following Thursday. Now is where I really can express my disgust for my uhaul experience. So I choose to book the uhaul online ultimately because it has become apparent the staff is privy to the same database as I am and personally I am sick of them asking every dummy block like they never saw a pickup truck before. I put in my request and date and see there is a dolly available from the Moosic mini mart which blows my mind because I have driven by the place for years and have never seen a frigging uhaul there unless it was someone moving stopped for gas but I figure, Great! That works perfect. I make the reservation and plug in all my info and voila ready to go. Then once again uhaul ensured they couldnt make it that convenient. Instead they sent me a confirmation stating I had a pickup scheduled in Kingston PA at 330 pm which is 18 miles and 25 minutes in the complete opposite direction of where i have to go pick up the disabled car. Now I try to make the best of it and politely call the shop to ask for an earlier pickup time as you see I never set up that time and as luck would have if it I would be somewhat close to that area at around 9am on that date. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the change of pickup location and request for time change it the response was well do you still want it? So in the end of my 6 hour rental 2 hours of it was driving back and forth to a location completely in the wrong direction of the car I needed to move despite picking a location that was geographically correct and would not have been an issue. Despite the inconvenience to me there was no compensation for me just the ultimatum after waiting for a week to get the damn thing of whether I still want to rent it or not. In a whole I have to say your system sucks. On the positive side. The guy who hooked the dolly up to

First location did not have the tow dolly I had reserved drove 40 minutes to pick it up only to have the guy laugh saying they didn't have it and that he could "call around" which lead me to an additional 15 minute drive to get an auto transport which was over $10 on top of my bill. Avoid at all cost!

When returning the equipment rented, the staff member was rude and argumentative as he insisted on charging late fees, despite the facts that the late return was due to the breakdown of the U-Haul equipment and that I had been granted an extension to the original due date by U-Haul's Roadside Assistance.

Calling was difficult. Got disconnected a couple times. On hold for a very long time. Finally got someone who knew very little about the physical location and couldn't answer questions about how close it was to where I needed to be. It all was fine in the end.

The only thing I would say is that they should look into longer access hours for renters otherwise no worries.
