The young man who assisted me at the store was very kind and professional. The female employee, who he asked a few questions, was rude. I would not have dealt with her if she was my first encounter at the store.

I will talk with someone todsy and I am sure it will be corrected. I have been using Uhaul for a long time and Stacey has always been Great . Shes knowledgeable, professional and very kind. Huge asset to this company. Zach was very helpful as well Saturday. I have NEVER had a bad experience with uhaul in Kingston. Thanks Guys
