The store did great making sure we were able to keep a reservation on a car tow trailer. Without their intervention, corporate would have rented it out without prior warning!

Isaiah H | Overall ExperienceGive Taylor a raise lol. I've never been through the paperwork so quickly, let alone with a smile! Maybe add a notice under the 'Extend Rental' section of your app. To warn people, if you're stuck on I-35 and only need to go 3 miles, and you think an extra hour will be enough, that if you need to extend it a second time due to **different** terrible traffic on Woodall Rodgers that also takes an additional hour.... well.... too bad! You can't extend it again because you have extended it once already within the last hour. No big deal. But frustrating to find out afterwards when all you can do is sit in traffic thinking about how late you are.

terrence aThe young lady that helped me was very professional, she was very good at customer care, she took very good care of me and was very friendly as well, I just wish ALL of the staff was customer care friendly, instead of just picking and choosing who they wanted to help, because I was next in line and he looked right past me and that’s the part I didn’t like but SHE was wonderful!!!
PAMELA SI didn’t catch the young lady’s name, but she was extremely quick and helpful. Her associate greeted me as soon as I walked out of the vehicle and assured me someone would be right with me. Great experience all around. You should figure out how not to cut your staff’s hours and to pay them through the winter you have to look out for the people that make you money.

MARK RI have used uhaul almost every year for the last 10 years. They had always been very thorough up on check. This time my check in was extremely quick and almost seemed careless. usually have to sign something at the credit card reader when I check in and this time they didnt have me do that because the reader was broken. They usually go over EVERYTHING with you at check about insurance, damamges, gas, ect. This check I was pretty much just asked for my name. They brough me to my truck which parked in on the passenge side and the bumper. I got a link from uhual and open it I started to attemp to take pictures of what I could since the truck was so blocked in, when the female employee that checked me in told me I didn't actually need to do that. When I brought my truck back I went inside to see if they needed anything from me and on my way back out to my car, one of the employees comes up to and starts saying in an aggressuve tone, "Why is there a hole your truck" they accused me of making the hole. I used movers recommended by your site, so either your movers made this hole or it was already there. They charged me $250 for this damage and acted like it was a good deal because it would have been $500 had a I not gotten insurance. What is even the point of your insurance when it barely even covers damage. Uhaul has done NOTHING to make this right, they have just told me "sorry, not our problem, take it up with your movers. Since they want me to accuse my movers, I have asked for proof 3 times of photos from before my move - I am now being ignored by the store and by customer support. I'm not sure I will ever use Uhaul again ( which I was planning to use next year for a long distance move) but since you care SO little about your customers I should probably go elsewhere. I will also tell everyone I know and post on my social media about this absolutely terrible experience!

Taylor CYou need to fire the manager. She is a very rude lady. (I use that term loosely. She was put out to even talk to me. I can tell that her employees dislike her. She is just a very unapproachable person with an attitude. The van I rented had a crack in the windshield which is illegal for me to even drive. Negative experience from this rental center and I am a repeat client to this particular location.
MICHAEL FLeft keys, no one called I was still in area for another 30 min and could have been right back to grab. But I unfortunately got home and realized when I couldn’t get in my home keys was still attached to truck key. Showed up just before closing thank god to get keys but had someone reached out to say hey you left keys/things behind it would’ve been a much better experience. Especially when it’s not busy.

LYNDELL EWhen I originally picked up the truck, I glanced at the fuel gauge and it was midway between half-full and full, but I did not see the actual 3/4 line. I then drove the truck 18 miles and put three gallons of gas in. When I returned home and looked at my receipt, I saw that I had been charged for ANOTHER 4 gallons of gasoline. Clearly, it was not three quarters full when I picked it up. I called customer service and spoke to Kim who agreed to refund my fuel charge. I am satisfied with the end result, but it required additional time to resolve, and I'm just thankful that I checked the receipt. The windshield was also dirty and slightly impaired vision.
PHILLIP SAnna and Anthony represented Uhaul very well by being professional, engaging, and courteous. The process of getting signed up for the complimentary free 30 days of storage and ending the contract was smooth and seamless. Thanks for having good people have provide great service.

MOHAMMAD TI’m run the truck from Dallas to Garland Tx 5 times 13 miles (26 miles go and back) 26 x 5 = 130 miles , charge me 215 miles , I don’t have pics from odometer, the woman in charge ido t care see stokrn 100.00 Dlls. I listo the original ticket , she is a pickoicket , the company need take more attention on the donen manager , total charge 483.00 x 3 days and 130 miles , I’m use the truck low miles. .is a bad experiencia is my 3rd use u-haul , before never problems …

Major WThe truck itself was great but when they have you pay before they check to make sure their equipment is usable is not professional. Then they say oh this store has them which takes me the opposite direction I need to go is bs. Then the refund and all that takes 5 to 10 days to be credited and then have to shell out more because of their lack of equipment maintenance is unacceptable they should have just transferred the payment we had already done to the other store. I belive we deserve some sort of refund due to this
JOHN SWas it well maintained. Not really. Burned out led and poor customer service. I'm asking nicely if I'll should put it in s space or anywhere or the way. They couldn't even answer me. He said just in the lot. Well I guess I know why. The place was jammed to the rim. You couldn't drive thru hardly. And it's a service center scripting after hour drop offs. No lights. Come on. We don't have commercial truck. We are driving or personal vehicles with small mirrors. And you can't afford lights overnight. Ridiculous. I'm a pro driver. Had to get out of my vehicle at least 6 or 7 time to negotiate the jack- knife turn into a door with a motorcycle trailer. That's ridiculous. And the first place I was sent to want even open. I was doing a time sensitive nature trade with some over hauling a local motorcycle. This little hiccup almost cost me$500. I made it in time. But still. I do have other options. Not a reliable or easy to access as haul. But still, there are other options. It just requires more time and corridinated effort. This was a fiasco of a rental. I rent an the time. I travel cross country for work yearly. Haul ha burned me more than once. Getting old

MARJORY CJerry was a wonderful service staff, making the pickup experience pleasant and smooth. The 15-foot U-Haul was clean and well designed. It was in a fair condition with about 66k miles on the engine. However, it's front wheels' alignment was a bit off, necessitating constant adjustment while driving on the highway. But it wasn't a big deal. The driving was smooth. The only "disappointment" was the lack of cruise control on the truck. Keeping a foot on the pedal for 12 hours was physically demanding.

Unfortunately the access hours do not align with what I need. Also saturdays are big event days for me, having to wait in line just to see if I paid so that someone can escort me back to unlock my unit was a little unsettling. All in all the staff at this location are phenomenal and friendly!

Wanda A | Overall ExperienceI called on Sunday A.M. to make a reservation for a van and storage. I received the reservation and when to church. I came back from church and wnet to the Greenville location to get van and storage to use between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. No, the man at the desk took one hour to complet the transaction. Not one time during the one hour did he tell me, "Oh by the way, this storage is on the fourth floor." I took van at now 3:30 P.M. and went to my garage to load over 60 one gallon cans and at least 4 Five gallon drums of paints. I came back to the Greenville location at around 3:45 P.M. and then I was told by the attendant outside that the storage was on the fourth floor. I had to take the cans of paint an place them at my home on the front porch and sidewalk because of the hour of the day, now 4:00 P.M. I am seventy-two and cannot load these items upstairs which is what I was directed to do. When I complained inside, one of the men remarked, "Well, if you had been nice about this, we would have helped you." I believe that you have a business run by fools. My $19.95 van rental cost me almost $90.00 with all your charges of fraud and fees. I will never use your company again. I will never fail to discourage others from using your crazy and fradulent business.

They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are incredibly accommodating. This particular storage unit is great because you have to go through the office to access it so it is incredibly safe. I was on the bottom level so even in the 100 degree Texas summer my items were still nice and cool. I would 100% recommended.
