Herbert GBest and most efficient location I have ever rented from. The last two were dismal and took forever. From the moment I stepped on to the property these folks took care of my needs and had me loaded up with the trailer in moments. Drop off was the same. The fella was right outside, did an inspection, disconnected the trailer and wished me a good day. Also, asked me if all went well with the trailer and the move.

GUILLERMO CI was charge double for things with no explanation. I had 2 furniture dolly at $7 each but the charge is for $28, same for utility dolly (1 at $10 but charge $20). They gave me the total outside when I dropped it off with no itemized info so no way for me to ask. Feel totally ripped off.

Johnna MI was notified that I would need to pickup the truck from this location, I called to make sure I couldn't pick one up at my previously selected location but was told no, there was not 1 available there. I had to get an additional trailer at my preferred location at I20 and 360, and they had a line of 26ft trucks. Why was I required to puck up my truck 45 minutes away?? That is ridiculous, expansionally after calling and asking.

hunter Bhad to fill it up right after pick up as it was almost empty. the truck used 1/2 tank going 2 miles to my home. I went less than a 100 miles and had to refill again. the truck was out of alignment as it pulled into the wind...it would have pulled in the direction of the wind. the drop off location was far from my destination (in Dallas) there were three in Garland closer to my storage the passenger windshield wiper was missing
marty gThe only real problem that I had was that I returned the truck after store hours and was charged a $20 storage fee. I even returned the truck 2 days early and was still charged and did not get any money back on my early return. The early return only benefited U Haul as they are now able to flip the truck sooner and make more money faster.

Charlotte WI’ve rented from these guy each time I need a rental truck and it’s always great, yesterday was the worst, truck not ready and beat up, iPhone app (not on the location) wouldn’t complete the rental process, utility dolly not in the truck, worker took the lock after placing the dolly in the truck. Look they’re still batting over 500 and even though I no longer live close I’ll go out of my way to use this location - been doing so since 2008. Thanks

SAMMIE NI only had one issue. It took multiple phone calls and in person visit to get my unit closed out. Not sure what the hold up was because the office knew we’d been moved out for a week. Besides that, the staff was excellent 100%, the unit was very nice, they were also very helpful with my truck rental. I’ll definitely refer them to people.

Unfortunately the access hours do not align with what I need. Also saturdays are big event days for me, having to wait in line just to see if I paid so that someone can escort me back to unlock my unit was a little unsettling. All in all the staff at this location are phenomenal and friendly!

Wanda A | Overall ExperienceI called on Sunday A.M. to make a reservation for a van and storage. I received the reservation and when to church. I came back from church and wnet to the Greenville location to get van and storage to use between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. No, the man at the desk took one hour to complet the transaction. Not one time during the one hour did he tell me, "Oh by the way, this storage is on the fourth floor." I took van at now 3:30 P.M. and went to my garage to load over 60 one gallon cans and at least 4 Five gallon drums of paints. I came back to the Greenville location at around 3:45 P.M. and then I was told by the attendant outside that the storage was on the fourth floor. I had to take the cans of paint an place them at my home on the front porch and sidewalk because of the hour of the day, now 4:00 P.M. I am seventy-two and cannot load these items upstairs which is what I was directed to do. When I complained inside, one of the men remarked, "Well, if you had been nice about this, we would have helped you." I believe that you have a business run by fools. My $19.95 van rental cost me almost $90.00 with all your charges of fraud and fees. I will never use your company again. I will never fail to discourage others from using your crazy and fradulent business.

They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are incredibly accommodating. This particular storage unit is great because you have to go through the office to access it so it is incredibly safe. I was on the bottom level so even in the 100 degree Texas summer my items were still nice and cool. I would 100% recommended.

Mr. Dressler made me feel like part of the U-Haul family, ever so comfortable and he was especially accommodating to the difficulties I was having. Mr. Dressler should hold seminars with other U-Haul managers on how to address customers... especially some other's I have had the displeasure to deal with...
