The customer service representatives at this location were excellent. We booked a moving truck with Penske and weren’t having a good experience, including the fact that we had reserved furniture pads with them and they didn’t give us any. We also ended up having too much stuff for the rental truck we booked. We called this location last minute to see if there were any trailers available, and they were able to get us what we needed and even through in some furniture pads for free. They were very nice and helpful. Because of this experience, we will book with U-Haul next time we need a moving truck instead of Penske.

The truck was an absolute disaster. At 165,000 miles and lack of proper maintenance, the truck should not have been rented for a trip that was 1,600+ miles.

no place for customers to park. Employees are SLOW and would rather eat in from of the customer than help. THey seem bothered when you ask questions and can't make any decisions unless they ask managment THe only good employees are the ones who work outside and you turn in the truck to

The customer service was good. However, this was my 2nd time needing to use a van and it looks like there may be another move when my husband moves. And yes I will probably use this location. But the Van I was given was Filthy outside and inside. It needed washing and on the inside there was dog hair everywhere. My grandbaby and sister are allergic to dog hair. I didn't complain because I was on a schedule. But imagine how I felt when all the other Vans were clean and washed even some newer models and I was given the dirty one. The first thing I want to say is racism being black and a woman

Everything was fine. The service was very good, but yes, the unit was a little dirty inside. When I put in the mattress I needed to transport, it got very dirty because the floor had remnants of something from Madero. Who knows what it was? That's the only thing I can say.

Better awareness of the state of the tires before customer pick up. I rented a twenty foot truck and during my inspection before leaving the lot I found a float front tire. I had a accept a 15 foot truck because no other 20 footers were available.

They were very helpful with the truck and I did not have to wait which was great! The truck was filthy! A container of dressing was in the floor, dirt and just overall dirty. The windows were dirty, just water on the windshield would have made a difference. Wipe down the inside of the truck with 409 or cleaner. Smelled dirty too. :o(

I have no idea why the truck says rent me $19.99 an hour and then you end up paying over a hundred for a couple of hours I could have rented a van cheaper than using a U-Haul. Such a janky van and the seat and steering wheel lock which made it very uncomfortable and a horrible experience.

There's no place to park your car if you rent a truck from this location. I had to park my car at the Pet Suppies Store across the street. Big inconvenience because I was worried if my car would get towed if it was parked to long there. Customer service doesn't advise you where to park your personal vehicle if you have one...

Knocked off a start because the guy we talked to when dropping off tried to charge us extra for leaving two empty cans in the cupholders... Seems a bit excessive imo. We talked him out of it and threw the cans away, but come on man it can't be that deep

I am grateful that after the wedding there was an open unit to store my decorations and I was seeking somewhere to bring all of my event decor. Unfortunately the access hours do not align with what I need. Also saturdays are big event days for me, having to wait in line just to see if I paid so that someone can escort me back to unlock my unit was a little unsettling. All in all the staff at this location are phenomenal and friendly!

The location charged me 3g of gas. But thdy robbing me bc you did not deluver the truck with half tank. It was actually bellow half. I posted the comments and took a picture and still charged me 13dollars. Lyers and Robbers i wont rent it again from this loc

Not enough space to move belongings to be able to fit in the Storage. The hallways are way too small. Was not able to maneuver to put my couch in the storage unit because there was not enough space in the hallway and everything was cluttered and dusty. Trucks were also in the way

This is the best location in Dallas Texas. The staff is super polite, professional, and goes out of there way to be helpful. I had this storage unit for over a year and my experience was awesome from day one till my move out date on 9/9/23. The website caused me some payment problems. It can be a little glitchy. I moved out this week due to the continuing, increases in storage fees. Keeping my treasures was no longer worth the cost. The staff was always helpful.

I called on Sunday A.M. to make a reservation for a van and storage. I received the reservation and when to church. I came back from church and wnet to the Greenville location to get van and storage to use between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. No, the man at the desk took one hour to complet the transaction. Not one time during the one hour did he tell me, "Oh by the way, this storage is on the fourth floor." I took van at now 3:30 P.M. and went to my garage to load over 60 one gallon cans and at least 4 Five gallon drums of paints. I came back to the Greenville location at around 3:45 P.M. and then I was told by the attendant outside that the storage was on the fourth floor. I had to take the cans of paint an place them at my home on the front porch and sidewalk because of the hour of the day, now 4:00 P.M. I am seventy-two and cannot load these items upstairs which is what I was directed to do. When I complained inside, one of the men remarked, "Well, if you had been nice about this, we would have helped you." I believe that you have a business run by fools. My $19.95 van rental cost me almost $90.00 with all your charges of fraud and fees. I will never use your company again. I will never fail to discourage others from using your crazy and fradulent business.

This location is great. All of the staff are amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are incredibly accommodating. This particular storage unit is great because you have to go through the office to access it so it is incredibly safe. I was on the bottom level so even in the 100 degree Texas summer my items were still nice and cool. I would 100% recommended.

Dealing with, Mr. Ryan A. Dressler, GM was easy and a pleasure. Mr. Dressler made me feel like part of the U-Haul family, ever so comfortable and he was especially accommodating to the difficulties I was having. Mr. Dressler walked me into resolving and he was especially easy to talk with. Mr. Dressler should hold seminars with other U-Haul managers on how to address customers... especially some other's I have had the displeasure to deal with...
