Even though I wanted a Spring drop off and said no to Houston they moved me to Houston. This is the second time it happened. I am not sure who did it so I am not sure who to rate poorly

Dietrich BI locked the keys in the truck by accident. I texted the number provided in the facility and told to contact road side assistance. When they finally responded, they said that it would be $200 for them to come out and unlock the truck. That's ridiculous. I suggest you all find a better roadside assistance service, and better options for the customers when they have somewhat of an emergency. Because texting the manager didn't help at all.
Domeshia DI cannot fault the facility with the tow dolly because they were helpful and efficient. U-haul scheduling, however, lied several times about where I would go pick up my equipment. Originally, I requested to pick up at a location les than 2 miles away from my apartment. When I called that location to confirm, they said I wasn't scheduled at that location but one about 10 miles away. Fine, no big deal. I called that location, and since no one answered, I was put through to main U-haul. Their scheduling department so no, the only place that has the 20ft truck and tow dolly is one 30 minutes away. You will have to go there. Fine, stressed, but whatever. I asked if they were sure this facility knew I was coming since it wasn't a U-haul store, but an independent retailer. Scheduling said yes. I travel 30 minutes out there and am trying to call the listed number, but I can't get through. I get there and walk up to the door. It says this is a private residence, but call a different number than the one I was given by U-haul to get in touch with the retailer. He tells me he has the truck, but doesn't have a tow dolly. He says he doesn't even carry tow dollies and doesn't know why U-haul said he had it. He calls U-haul scheduling and says I can go pick up a tow dolly that is 45 minutes from my apartment. I start crying. I call that location and they confirm they have the tow dolly. He gets the truck and says, I'm good to go. I notice the windshield wiper is broken. He says he has another truck but "it will take a really long time to clear it out and get it ready." I'm borderline hysterical. I call customer service and speak to the best person: Debi. She is able to calm me down and also get the movers that I had hired on the phone to confirm that too because I had not heard from them yet either in the 24 hour time period they give movers to confirm. Magically, the new truck is ready by the time I get off the phone with Debi. I pay for the truck separately and leave. Pack the truck. Drive 45 minutes out of the way to go get the tow dolly. The representative there says, "I don't know why they would have sent you anywhere else for this equipment because I handle all the tow dollies in this region, and scheduling knows this. This trip adds almost 2 extra hours to my moving timeline, and I am not able to leave until almost 9:00pm. It's a 7 hour trip. I had to stop at a rest stop before the last 2 hours because I was so tired. This was a truly harrowing experience at the bumbling hands of U-haul scheduling. It also didn't help that at the U-haul location where I had to pick up the tow dolly, when you read the pay terminal it says that U-haul guarantees that the equipment you need will be at the location they schedule for you. What a bold face lie, U-haul.
Calleen JThe truck was gross and smelled like BO when inpicked it up. The windshield wipers didn't have a wiper on one arm. The door was rusty and dirty and I got charged 50 dollars for a cleaning fee?? Really? Such a rip off

caren mU-Haul Manor is on it! The entire staff was great and super helpful. Iana, the manager, is doing a wonderful job. The facility is gorgeous and the staff are on point. Skyler was absolutely wonderful. She helped me find my storage unit upon move in, showed me how to access the facility using my code and use the new swipe card feature. She also graciously brought me and my family water as we were moving the items into the unit. She checked back with us to make sure we were ok, and answered every question that we had. Thank U-Haul Manor!

Laura MThe uhaul box was never available for access at the time that was requested 3 days in a row. I always had to get to the location and then wait an additional 30mins to an hour for the forklift operator to get the box and place it in the parking lot for access. The place needs more staffing and should not promise the box will be available if it can't do that. You end up wasting a lot of time and effort from customers who are driving from very far away and have tight schedules.

Anna CThe computer system took forever for the agent to access at pickup. She was unable to print the receipt. The appliance dolly had a cut strap as it wasn't long enough to go around my refrigerator. Finally I could not check the trailer in as the return location was closed and again the website would not let me return it. I finally called uhaul and returned by phone with an agent. Quite honestly a very dissapping experience.
Anthony HNothing, the place I was scheduled to return my trailer to did not accept trailers. I drove to this location. They were able to pull up my reservation and change it so that I could return it to their location. They were very helpful and I would highly recommend them.

However apex collision was a terrible original drop off location and had no where to park after hours. It’s off a busy country road which was difficult to back up from when I couldn’t get into the lot.

jose dThis facility I see as a welcome addition to Manor! The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and unexpectedly very very cool. I'm not talking about a climate controlled building which I think it is, no I mean stylish. I felt under dressed. I felt like next occasion I require storage or a rental I gotta up my game and show up looking more stylish (maybe not a mohawk but perhaps an eye patch), not because the staff would shun me if I were not as cool as they, NO! They were totes friendly and welcoming. Rather because they were soo awesome I feel the need to be more awesome my damn self. Not merely a satisfying rental experience, but a calling to better myself through rentals and storage space. 7 out of 7 stars.
