Rented the MT for a trip that was plagued with issues. The trailer was the only thing that went as planned. Staff was very helpful during pick up and they were very patient when I needed to extend the rental.

I was in and out in 15 mins for pickup. Less than that for drop-off. Clear signage pointed to drop-off area. Same employee unhitched trailer and remembered why I rented it and asked about the trip. I didn't even have to go inside. My receipt was emailed to me.

DONALD BISHOWThe ramp on the trailer was damaged by prior users so that it took enormous effort to lower it to the ground. If it was inspected prior to my rental it would have been noticed and fixed but it was not inspected.
Roberto DecarolisNot a thing, the personnel and equipment are fantastic. The only suggestion is to make the record keeping/receipts more all-inclusive at return. For example, you get a receipt for your contract and prepaid rental, mileage, and fees (even though it's only called a "hold", if you use a debit card with logo, the money is deducted immediately from bank account), then you use the app to extend and secure with rental, then return and you're over on mileage -- the staff had a hard time trying to generate one piece of paper at return which would document the amounts paid/held at contract/pickup date, again for extended days via app and secured on card, then net adjustment at equipment return. Would be helpful if could be reflected on one single return settlement document. Thanks.

After searching through his records he first offered me a unit on the 2nd floor and after I explained to him that I specifically reserved the first floor he was able to locate my reservation. When I made a reservation on the phone, I was told by a rep named Genie that I qualify for 1 month free storage because I have used u-haul last February. When I brought that up with Christopher- he told me that I simply don’t qualify for such a promotion. After back and forth he offered to call his manager ( Joelle) to clarify this dispute. About two hours later I called back to see what came off that conversation only to find out that Christopher decided not to bother his manager. Now, I have to follow up with Joelle myself to get a straight answer, why corporate tells me that I qualify for a free month and facility management declines that. Lastly, upon returning my truck I couldn’t use the link that was provided to me for self check out of the truck. I couldn’t upload a picture of my odometer and gas tank. Now, I am facing an additional charge of $20 for someone to check out my returned truck. Overall, not very pleasant experience added to one of the most stressful life experiences- moving.

At any time that seems to be mission impossible on reaching anyone especially when u wanna make a payment. To be blunt ur staff is super friendly and helpful.
