This is the best Uhaul facility I have ever been to. From the knowledgeable, friendly staff to the clean facility-everything is top notch at this location!

I drove the truck no more than 10 miles, but I was charged for 69 miles. I also picked it up at 6 PM and returned it the next day at 1 PM—less than 20 hours later. However, I was charged for two full days of use. That doesn’t seem fair.
Dmitrii AOnly issue was with this U-Haul receiving its mail in a timely manner. I set up my payments through my bank to release the 1st week of the month for a payment due date of 29 of each month. Many times, I received late notices. Staff always corrected the late fee as check was fate pre due date. Staff super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Shawn S | Overall ExperienceWe dropped off after hours so cannot comment on personnel. I would not recommend using your app for drop-off. We spent 30 minutes trying to upload acceptable photos and finally gave up and did key drop as it was after midnight. We did take the necessary photos for our records in case U-Haul tried to charge us for fraudulent claims.
Jennifer MAfter getting home we noticed one of the tires was almost flat. We put in air and it went flat again. My husband noticed a screw in the tire. It was on the outside of the tire and very noticeable.

Apparently someone brought them to your storage site and it's distressing that this is affecting me. I recommend you do a through desifesstation so as to not affect customers such as me who hates these invasive parasites...

There were signs I mean I was able to see the dropbox but I had to figure out everything in the app on my own and I tried to call to talk with someone and there wasn’t anybody to talk to. After hours, I was on my own with the app and that was no fun. Also, I wasn’t able to get the gas gauge to read perfectly within the app. I took a photo of it and I thought that would help but I was still charged $30 even though U-Haul called and told me that they gave me an extra 30 miles because you guys did not have my preferred truck at my preferred location. I was supposed to get an extra 30 miles which would’ve been a total of 50 miles but instead I was only given the original 30. And then I was charged $30.

Samy DTwo things, the trucks windshield visor was broken on the driver's side. They said I could get another truck, but I didn't have the time to wait. The truck should have been inspected before it was rented. Secondly, I received the initial receipt for the approximate cost, but did not receive the updated receipt for the true cost.

Was advised by the very busy outside person that he or the inside person would help me, then more customers showed up for returns, and one cut the line and was helped rather than being asked to wait their turn like the rest of us. Took ~20+ mins to return the truck. The people were nice enough, and I credited some abruptness to the situation. Nice and clean facility. Would recommend because I hope this was an uncommon situation.

Amalfi S | Online Move InYour vehicle that was rented to me had safety and mechanical issues. Ac was broken, drivers side visor support bracket is/was broken and drivers side window knob came off. When I returned the vehicle the associate who was on site was not very helpful and had no sense of urgency to check me out and did admit they were aware of the ac issue. I've rented many u- haul vehicles in the past and will tell you this was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. Customers should expect better than this.
RICHARD WSlight issue when I arrived for pick up. Reserved truck was actually only available at another location relatively close by. U-haul had sent email notification of the change , but I had not checked before arriving. Agent supplied larger truck for the lower price. He was very professional and accommodating, which was greatly appreciated.
COLIN MFacilities are brand new and the unit has security system as well as available carts which are easily found. Premises are very clean. I was helped when dropping off my auto carrier even thought it was after hours by an employee who was leaving. He took the time to make sure if I needed help before driving off.
