There was some confusion as both my husband and I were getting contacted multiple times about the same thing pick up drop off etc. just caused us to be concerned that information was not getting communicated. However the whole experience was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone!

There is a huge hole in the truck area that should be repaired so a non expert driver doesn’t hit it. Also I’m pretty furious about the amount of damage to my property from the movers I hired through uhaul.

I feel like the mobile app needs some work. The approval process is too tedious and takes too long. I eventually had to go inside and talk to a human to check in and check out. The app also wanted to charge me for gas even though I brought the truck back with more than when I left! I had to get one of the employees to verify that the charge was bogus. The people at the location were great - The mobile check in and out were not, and wouldn't be at any location.

I'd prefer to have the truck, and the ordered dollies and pads, ready at the time of my appointment so I wouldnt need to go find the truck, then drive across the lot to load the dollies and blankets. I'd like my actual expected return day and time to be 24 hours after my actual pickup time.

This facility is brand new and very nice. They offered me an extra day at no additional charge and that was nice. The 15ft moving truck was clean and drove somewhat ok (a lot of play in steering). However, it had a leak in the Mom's attic portion of the truck and it soaked a lot of my items from the heavy rainfall we had in St Augustine, FL right before I left. I haven't received any credit for the issue and probably won't, though I think b/c of the inconvenience, there should be a little discount, b/c this is a part of their maintenance as well. Fortunately, going back to my storage in GA 2 days later, the items did dry fairly well, but some of the packaging were altered considerably & will have to be thrown away.

My whole experience with Uhaul has been sincerely awesome. Every staffer I had interaction with has been positive and accommodating, everyone! From calling the main hub and interacting with the local scheduling department. The driver for the pickup and delivery of the Uboxes was awesome. She was kind and efficient in her job. Working with Uhaul made my very stressful move less stressful. Thank you!!!!

I felt blindsided when I got there and I had to find a lockbox somewhere around that giant facility. I should have been forewarned about the pick up process. Had I been prepared it would have been different. Maybe a photo of where the lockbox is because it was nowhere near the truck.

I'm not very satisfied. They charge me for everything without explanation. They charged me for fuel. Fuel service, which I don't know what they also charged for. They charged for cleaning when I didn't know I had to fold the blankets because it was completely clean, only the blankets weren't folded. It's quite disappointing.

I could not be happier with the service and the help that was provided by the people that were there. Your ordering process was excellent. The young lady that delivered the containers was wonderful and helpful. When the moron in GA called about the delivery, she was not well informed. She badmouthed your employee in Mississippi that took my original call. That lady was very polite and helpful. The dope that delivered the boxes, without the ability to place them was rude and inconsiderate. I only have one leg and was relying on the placement as promised. Her snotty answer was , “sorry I’m only the driver!” They could have driven a 50’ truck into the site and would not even had to back up. I will never use UHumps again. And I will also poesy it on most social media outlets. Too bad your Georgia employees aren’t as polite, helpful and knowledgeable as those in Florida and Mississippi.

Truck door was damaged and it was a struggle opening and closing along with unable to lock the and secure the truck. Below a quarter of a tank of gas causing me to put extra mileage before I could even start my move. For a new uhaul dealer to the area I was disappointed.

There was a hold on my account because of a driver that I added as an authorized driver. It caused about a 20 minute process where we were stressed about not being able to get our truck for the move. They weren’t able to tell us at the store because of the U-Haul platform. They also would not tell me what was wrong. They had to communicate directly with the store. All in all, it was because one of the authorized drivers had a $30 hold on their account. It caused a delay for us. I think that U-Haul in general should change the system. I think I should be able to know exactly what it is when they print it off at the store. If I had known that, I would’ve just taken that driver off.

I have no issues with an employee, or a specific location. My problem is with UHaul as whole. You changed my contractually agreed upon location. Which robbed me of an hour on the phone, half a day and quarter tank of gas. I did not contractually agree to drop the trailer in Williston, VT. The agreed location was Morrisville VT. The lot was not full at the Morrisville location, so that excuse given by the incompetent customer service agent does not hold water. To charge a $300 fee to leave the trailer at the Morrisville location (For a $200 dollar original bill, shows the avarice of a typical American Corporation of today. Profits over people. NIce work. For this reason, I will never use Uhaul again, and I will convey my story to anyone considering using UHaul services, every chance I get. Thanks for the headaches.

After a 4.5 hour drive to Miami, I was unable to pick up the merchandise due to the liftgate on the 6 ft trailer only being 4'11" wide. Though the trailer was wide enough, the lift gate was not so I could not load the motorcycle sidecar that was 5'8" wide. I contacted this location but they were unable to swap out trailers for me to accommodate the merchandise. So I drove the 4.5 hours back home, 9 hours of travel for nothing. I don't blame the store or u-haul though, I should have paid more attention to the liftgate size before leaving the store... my fault, I just assumed it was 6 foot wide like the trailer width, but that was not the case. Lesson learned: pay attention to your width requirements and insure all will fit prior to leaving the store!

This is the best Uhaul facility I have ever been to. From the knowledgeable, friendly staff to the clean facility-everything is top notch at this location!

Only issue was with this U-Haul receiving its mail in a timely manner. I set up my payments through my bank to release the 1st week of the month for a payment due date of 29 of each month. Many times, I received late notices. Staff always corrected the late fee as check was fate pre due date. Staff super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

I am extremely unhappy that a living roach came in my refrigerator. I had no roaches since I moved to texas 5 years ago. Apparently someone brought them to your storage site and it's distressing that this is affecting me. I recommend you do a through desifesstation so as to not affect customers such as me who hates these invasive parasites...

Moved items out do to roaches from other units that are infested and moving into my unit. All my items were $60,00.00 in brand new merchandise and could not let it all be ruined from roach infestation caused by other rental units.

Facilities are brand new and the unit has security system as well as available carts which are easily found. Premises are very clean. I was helped when dropping off my auto carrier even thought it was after hours by an employee who was leaving. He took the time to make sure if I needed help before driving off.

No fault of the local office, but 800# told me I had. 10’ truck and a 1st floor storage space. Got to the store and had a 15’ truck and a 2nd floor space. My choices were not available upon check-in at the store. Otherwise, staff and experience was friendly and efficient.

This facility is not ready for customers. It shows when you look at the phone number on the website. After cancelling storage because it wasn't the keypads didn't have power yet to get in they still changed me. Also insisted that I do my move in over the phone a week ahead of time.
