Alan PThe a/c did not work part of my drive time. I found you had to ensure the a/c was turned off before you turned the engine off. Only then would it blow cool air when it was turned back on. Also, the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. My experience at pickup was that they tried yo give me a truck with only 1/8th of a tank of fuel. I had to ask for another truck with at least 1/2 a tank of fuel. You would think the trucks would be refueled to at least 1/2 a tank before they are issued.
Daniel YMorgan is awesome. I have done business with her before and the same results, very helpful very professional. One item of contention, you need to put cruise control ON ALL of your vehicles. Trips more than 400 miles it is very beneficial. Thank you
CHARLES LI have no suggestions. I was treated professionally, promptly and my questions where answered, then I was asked if I had any other concerns or questions. I forgot my personal water bottle on the counter and emailed them to please hold it for me. The response time was the same business day. And yes they had my water bottle waiting for me. Best U-Haul location EVER.

JOE RThe truck i was given was very used... I am aware that the trucks can have high mileage, but this one had some issues. It was very hard to get into park, if it wasn't on flat ground, it wouldn't shift up to park and would be in neutral and coast down the hill. I was also give a truck that said it was full on gas. i drove 26 or so files and had to put in 7 gallons of gas, so either it was full, or that truck gets 3 miles per gallon and needs to be looked at.

Vadim KThe trailer that was rented had a misaligned tire that eventually blew two hours from home. Roadside Assistance tried to get me help but we needed up waiting seven hours till a tow truck arrived, and that was only because a highway patrol was able to get the truck there sooner by calling them directly. Trying to coordinate from Arizona wasn't a good experience. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

Stuart J1- the appointment started late because no one was around to turn in keys 2- when I picked up the car, the wire was just left hanging out instead of properly hiding cable and using the car's predetermined ports to fish cable thru and leave hitch connection next to newly installed hitch. 3- the technician said that there were no ports to fish the line thru so that the cable didnt need to hang out but when we made him remove the spare tire you can clearly see that there were ports to use for that very reason. 4- when we went to pick up the car, there was no one around and waited about an hour before someone approached to help checkout.

Clayton OTerrible experience. My location was changed in the last minute. I then arrived to the new location to find it closed. I then waited o. The phone for 30 minutes for a third location. Wasted over 2hrs driving around.not happy!

ERIC DThe truck ran well, but the brakes seem a little spongy, both empty as well as full during the move. I’m not sure if that is normal for a F650, but I had to manually downshift often to ensure that the truck would stop in transit.

Fernando RHad to take the truck to get the windows cleaned. Inside smelled like smoke. This is not the first time with that issue. Long hauls and unable to breath makes for a long trip. However the customer service is phenominal. Morgan is phenominal!!! I have done business with her before and she is the best. The quality of vehicle is superb and have never had issue with the 26ft, 10ft, truck or van. Special thanks to Morgan again for her knowledge of requirements on the highway with transporting our equipment.

Gail WI booked a 15' truck and got a 13' truck. As a result, I had to leave over $1000 worth of furniture behind, so no, I'm not happy. This is after they changed the pick-up location from a mile from my house to another pick-up place 10 miles from my house. What's the point of making a reservation.

Rebecca WThe location was not acceptable when we lived on St. Augustine Beach. We had to drive 45 minutes to pick up the rentals. That's an hour and a half both ways. That was not acceptable. The pad lock on the back of the truck we rented didn't have a key. The person at the office would not provide me with a key or replacement. The clerk said I would need to purchase another, though I had nothing to do with the lost key to the lock provided. U-Haul is a billion dollar company and they wouldn't even provide a replacement lock. Also, the check engine light was on.

Michael BThe per mile rate is too expensive, but I did appreciate that I was given an accurate estimate of what the total cost would be based on my expected mileage. The final cost even ended up being less than the estimate. I forgot to top off the tank, and even though I was charged a premium for my mistake, it wasn't exorbitant compared to gas station prices. So that was nice. The young fellow working that day was also extremely pleasant and friendly, and explained everything succinctly.

SCOTT LMy most recent experiences at this location have been terrible. I have rented 4 times in the past 2 months and you would think that they would want to keep a regularly returning customer who leaves the vehicle in great shape and returns on time with no issues, but that is clearly not the case. I had an unbelievably bad customer interraction with an employee named Jeff on one visit. To summarize, he kept me waiting for an hour to rent the vehicle. He was hostile and rude and clearly overwhelmed due to what I can only assume is poor staff scheduling. I was never contacted by management regarding the event. The next time I rented (they have the only pick up in town) the vehicle smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that I had to put extra miles on the vehicle to pick up my son to help me because my husband had a terrible reaction to the smell in the vehicle and it ended up costing me way more than it should have. Unbelievably poor service and equipment.
DAWN MWhole process was fast and easy. That's why I always use u-haul for when I need to move anything. Front desk employee was great to work with too.
