BRENT KI don’t know why you need a scheduled pick up date to be listed when we have the container. Have an option to leave the pickup date blank and send reminder texts to reply with a pickup date when ready. A miscommunication where the day before pickup arrived, got the text, called the operator to push the pickup back a week, they came the next day to get the box anyway, and now they will have to bring it back and get it again when we are done.

DONRAY WThe only issue I had had nothing to do with the pick up or the drop off location. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the vehicle specifically the drivers door mirror. Somehow the mirror came loose in the beginning of our trip and I was forced to find an auto parts store to get the proper tool to tighten the driver‘s door mirror, but other than that, the trip was OK.

Jacob KCustomer parking can be busy in front of the building with not spots available. I pulled up and could not find a parking spot, so I parked in an area where the U-haul trucks park. There was only a few trucks in that area and I parks in a manner which would not limit any trucks from entering or exiting. As I walked into the service area, the person behind the counter told me that I would have to move my vehicle, as a truck in the cleaning area was about to be moved to the truck parking area. I stated that I was just picking up a trailer and I would be moving, as I was the first person in line. The attendant firmly stated I must move it now, and he would not wait on me until I moved my car. I told my wife to move up to the counter as two other folks had moved in front of us by now, and I went to move my car. Turns out Lance, the attendant, had a bit of an attitude that day and enjoyed that I had to wait after I did move my car. I would have been out of the parking lot easily before the truck being cleaned was moved, had Lance not copped the attitude and just let me check out the trailer I had reserved the day before. I will choose a different vender next time I need to rent a U-haul, as I don't want anyone to be treated the way Napoleon (Lance) treated us. You can check your videos for the activity on Saturday March 1, 2025 about 11:45 am to see how I parked my dark grey forester.

The procedures and expectations were clearly explained and the staff were both friendly and helpful. I will use Uhaul in the future. I would suggest revamping your software (get input from your staff) because there were a few clunky moments due to some inconsistencies in how the software behaved. It didn't cause huge problems but could have. Fortunately, your staff are really smart and got it fiugred out!

I want to thank the cleaning lady, all my parents were very surprised on how clean the building was, she does a great job. It was very easy to get into the building for us to load and unload cookies into our unit, we liked having access to the carts and being inside out of the cold weather. After talking to other leaders and parents, we’ve all agreed to use Uhaul again next year during cookie season. Fingers crossed we can have the same unit. I also want to thank all the employees we encountered, they were all very helpful and always let us know they were locking the sliding door. Thank you for making our experience so easy.

Jim m | First ImpressionsI thought i had completed my online reservation but when i had called on sunday to find out if theyd stay open til i got there and if she had my reservation (i found out at 435p they close at 5 and I was coming from Benson, my movers were late or we'd have been there by 430), the rep said she didn't have my reservation. She said she could get me the unit I was looking for but it had to be in person. I RUSHED to get there and missed by 2 minutes. When I got a 2nd arrangement for the movers to help on Monday, things settled and I tried again Sun night to reserve a unit online, it fully completed for a 10' by 10'. I got a text giving me 2 unit numbers and an access code. Why couldn't the representative have done it over the phone?? I had to pay movers again to help in the morning, I had to buy a lock for the truck overnight, i had to have my aunt drive back to Omaha again to help me return the truck to Maple st after the movers finished the Monday, and pay for the additional day with the truck. Not fun, but worse when ya have a 4 and 5 yr old with you too. Plus, when I scoped out the unit numbers to see why it gave me two, it was giving me two 5' units which was not what i requested. So when we got there Monday I had to talk to the front desk so he could correct it. The proper unit was available so why did it give me two wrong ones? Even if i had completed the online reservation for Sunday, we would have gotten there and not had the correct size unit , even though the lady working that day said there was one available. So while it's great to be able to do it outside office hours, if you arent given the unit you want when its actually available, its not great. And again, it appears the rep couldve helped me over the phone Sunday and spared a bunch of hassle. Otherwise, the facility is clean and welcoming, plenty of carts and entrypoints.

It is not fair to tell a customer that they will have a 10x15 unit, and then day of it not be available and have to combine other units to get the same square footage. When I reserved it online, I expected it to be available. The attendant was not very empathetic, and blamed corporate that they don’t check if it’s available. He said it’s only square footage they could guarantee, not the exact unit. It felt like this happens frequently. I feel like that is a poor business model, what is reserved should be what is gotten. I was in immediate need of the unit that day as I needed to be out of my house and had all my family lined up to help, so I had no choice but to move forward. If I had more time, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional and with low integrity.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service and the personnel was so beyond rude. At one point the worker (Mr. Large and in charge) picked up the phone and pressed 3 buttons and faked that he called a different Uhaul location for us. We ended up not using this location and losing out on our free month of storage and spending $250 on a different storage unit. So disgusted with this place!!!

It was 3 pm, the office door was locked with a sign that said retuning at 9:30. Made several calls, went to voice mail every time. I was making a long distance move, drive most if the night and the very last thing I needed was the other storage company to be a no show during their own business hours. The moving crew showed up at 4 (found via uhaul, btw) and I called Uhaul. Got a live person, made the reservation, and high tailed it over to Uhaul. Got the unit and everything unloaded in less than 2 hours. Bonus points, was also able to change the drop off location of the truck at no additional charge. On move-in and drop off, great service all round!

I have always experienced exceptional and professional customer service, equipment rental, and moving supplies at this location. Great staff and the management has always been helpful and available to address any concerns, questions, or modifications when needed and their time and efforts are greatly appreciated.
