I was able to get a 10x10, which is...fine, but I don't understand why there is a reservation process if no unit is actually reserved. The person on counter was medium helpful but put literally every piece of information about my alternate contact in wrong, which I fixed later online as kind of had a feeling. The facility was at least clean and seems to be secure.
