The personnel have all provided fantastic customer service! I have used U-boxes for two cross country moves in the past 6 months. Providing the advertised number of pads is an ongoing issue. U-Haul advertises 48 pads per box. Twice in the past year I have received an average of 12 pads per box with no more available per local U-Haul stores. The Auburn location cannot provide delivery/pickup windows narrower than 9a-4p. This certainly needs to be addressed.

dale dWhile crossing southern MN near Albert Lea I thought my 26 footer had either transmission troubles or serious unbalanced tire problems the way it was bouncing around. Royal from Rochester came to my hotel right away on a Sunday morning. He explained the problem - horribly maintained interstate roads! Very impressed with both Royal and Uhaul.

Charles JFriendly and very customer service-oriented. We were running a little late and needed the truck a couple extra hours and they made the notation and adjustment to our rental agreement and did not charge us an extra day for being past the time of return.

carla li wish there was a better way to deal with “gasoline.” My “check-IN” showed the tank as full. I drove the van 12 miles. I then spent $16 to put four gallons of fuel in the tank to be certain it was “full.”. I don’t think there is. any way I “burned” 4 gallons of fuel.

Timothy SI was a first-time renter and did not know that there was a check-in station. The clerk that helped me did not mention it. Please let renters know that there is a check-in station for returning rentals.. It will save every one time. Other than that it was a plaesant experience.

Brian LCustomer service rep was friendly and helpful. Down side: it is difficult to estimate gas use when using the archaic method U-haul requires (a highlighted line on paper graph), surely resulting in over-estimating and a U-haul advantage!

LAWRENCE BDidn't affect my stuff, but noticed the wall wasnt sealed to the ground in the back, so rain could come inside on the ground. Beyond that, the unit was great.

MARK COnly one person in the morning of the pickup - probably staffed based on average staffing forecast. Attendant was nice and helpful. The lot is very crowded, and difficult to navigate. Extremely limited parking.

JOE CMy trailer hitch was just fine, except I needed an appropriately sized ball. They sold it to me installed it on my hitch, hooked up the rental trailer, checked out all the lights, made sure I took a picture of it, and sent me on my way. About 10 hours later I returned the trailer they unhitched it told me that they would send me a receipt via text if I want to be on my way, which I did. Very convenient, very courteous, well done.

I had hired movers and they had to wait around till the area was cleared. Due to their wait, I Had to pay an extra $40. Knowing there was a reserv for that unit moving in that day, that area should have been cleared and ready for our use!

There is no gate, no keypad next to my unit, and no lockbox with a keypad to get into the unit.
