The trailer that i used was clean on the inside where you place your items . but the outside had dried mud on it .
MARK FI had two bicycles stolen last year and I knew who stole them and what unit they were in and the Mgr didn’t help me recover them. I filed a police report and the camera were in such poor very pour quality that you couldn’t see there faces. So my experience with this U Haul on sunnymeade in Moreno Valley was not good because my bicycles were stolen.

Very demanding and do not know how to talk to the customers. I was not dressed in professional attire as I normally am. And I felt treated like I was just any one else. I am a psychotherapist and a Social Worker.
JOSE GI had uhaul customer service on my phone over hearing Sheri dealing with the mistake with receiving the wrong truck #.. Turns out the truck I was supposed to have was going to another state.. Sheri was awesome 👍 dealing with this mistake from Arizona location.. Sheri needs recognition for handling it professionally and polite.. I have been using uhaul for all my moves trips.. So I will recommend this location in Moreno Valley to other people in the future..

HECTOR SCustomer service needs improvement. Knowledge of U-Haul policies need to help customers not drive them away. The older lady said I wasn’t able to extend my rental !!

ARTHUR BAt the beginning of the service when they gave me the contract they showed where the gas was at at a quarter tank. When we retrieved the truck, it was between empty and a quarter tank. We still got charge for the quarter tank. We took pictures and still never got credited.
MARK LThe driver door wasn’t sealed properly, when I reached 50 mph on the freeway the door shook and air was entering the cabin. It was a very loud ride.

CHRISTOPHER EGot charged for miles I did not use, have been waiting on management to contact me to dispute this charge but have yet to receive a call. I took a pic and inputted the miles i received the truck on and the picture did not pick the number up but I still wrote the correct mileage on the section so they say there is nothing they could do. I drove 35 miles if that but they are saying I drove over 80 I only put $20 gas at the end of the day the math does not add up if I drove over 80 miles I drove down the street to my old apartment, then to Fontana and back to u haul. Im not sure how I could prove this other than camera footage from my new complex. I’m not sure if u haul can track the truck throughout the day but the mileage is inaccurate and I paid an extra 88 for absolutely nothing.

Ryan G | First ImpressionsIn August 2018 when i first got the storage room no problem payment on time even doing covid pay my bill on time in 2021 that's when it started to get crazy didn't want my niece to hav access to the storage room she been on my list of proof authorization to go in there and they still wouldn't let her go in there at the beginning I told them I get my disability money on the 3rd of every month and I can come in on the 4th of every month and pay it no problem from August excuse me September 2018 come forward all of a sudden when my niece started paying the bill that's when problems started happening U-Haul went back on their word but it's good she said she took everything out and closed account so I don't have to worry about helping her pay the bill no more and whenever use U-Haul ever again I'll find another company if I ever need a service like that ever again and I wish I can give you a bad rating

I had to wait until next day to unload and then was given a smaller unit than what I had reserved.Also had to buy an "Approved" Lock and told to take off the lock I had placed on my unit. Why can I not keep my stuff secure with the lock of my choosing instead of the generic, overpriced lock that they sell. Absolutely unacceptable. When I moved out everything was running smoothly until I parked the truck to grab some Lunch. Came back and the truck didn't turnover at all.i had driven that truck no more than 1.mile from the Storage facility. Waited 4 hours in that parking lot for a tow truck. Had to be towed to my address and unloaded a day later without the help I had the day before. I will personally never use U-Haul services again. A person can only take so many screwups by other people.

I returned on the 3rd and both ladies working in the front office were amazing. It has an “alarm” but doesn’t help cause I wasn’t notified immediately, I’m sure if the alarm worked, mgmt would have been notified and then they should have contacted us. I was told “I was going to call you to let you know during my rounds I noticed your lock was gone,” this was after we discovered it was broken into. Even tho’ the staff is friendly, doesn’t make up for the lack of security (considering the city we live in) and notification. For the price I paid a month, they could do better!

The back area and they allowed homeless people allow walking yhru so a lot of pass time entered in and out on the UHaul property. STILL the FENC E i is And it’s OPEN for ENTERTRANCE ! POOR UHAUL People are Pitiful thoughtless towards their Customers ! The Have Done wrong too US !

The staff specifically ridiculed my fiancé’s payment method during a national pandemic while the storage manager giggled beside her. My fiancé called the corporate number and filed a report but nothing ever became of it and there was no follow up. Afterwards, we still received harassing phone calls from unprofessional staff. I will never deal with this company again after how my fiancé and I were treated. I’d rather lose all my items in storage, than deal with unprofessional staff, uncaring management, & bad business practices. This behavior for a business can never be acceptable and I will advise anyone who will listen against using your company.
