How about you have my trailer at the location I prefer and tell me if it's not going to be ready at 0900 like you allowed me to input on the site. Instead of sending me 45minutes accross town for a trailer that isnt even on location. I got no call and no notification, I found out at 10am after standing in line for an hour at the 6th street Corona location to go to another location, to be told by that location it wont be ready till 330pm.

My only problem was having to call people to verify who I was...that was a pain. If you have my CC on file that should be sufficient. They need to review this process because it’s a pain. When customers rent a car... they don’t call references because someone’s license is out of state. Perhaps your company should consider taking a additional security deposit for trucks or trailers. If you rent and your total is 28.25 then you take a deposit of $100.00. Uhaul needs to review this policy seriously because for my final move, I am going to consider an alternative.

Well I called customer service about the way I was treated and the inconvenience I went through to make it to the location after going to one that doesn’t exist anymore that I found on google maps. I received no accommodation and I was then late for work because of the associate. They purposely provoked me and took longer to proceed with my transaction. I had the worse experience.

Well by knowing where the keys for the trucks are so the attendant don’t waste 3 or 5 min trying to locate them while all us wait outside have more than one attendant on your busy hrs only one was working on Saturday needless to say five of us were waiting for him in the hot sun

The truck damage assessment app didn't work. I wased over 20 minutes entering in the infoemation on truck damages before leaving as well as uploading photos of damage as required and the app froze! Wasted valuable time. Site was kind enought to go do it the old way by paper.
