What I was unhappy with was customer service. She said that ot would be $102.00 unless I go over miles of course and when I went in it was $145. and that she would give me 10 extra miles and when I went into the office it was not there. I don't trust the customer service representative.

remove dolly if customer is not planning on using dolly. it takes up space in truck when loading. I have my own dollies. and maybe others do also.

I don't remember the name of the lady that helped. But she was extremely helpful. Even on her break, she waved goodbye to us. Customer service like hers, goes a long way! ??????



You need a second phone number and when you call it shows as an 800 number so no one picks up. I have been renting all summer and still until the end of March. So I was hassled and I was really offended. Need to get that worked out.



Be clear and accurate regarding the size of vehicle, I specifically told the person what I was going to move and they gave me a vehicle that was too small I had to make a double trip which took way longer than anticipated. Also they had the mileage wrong.

Our van smell like cow poop it was the worst the customer service was extremely slow and staff is short handed.



Customer service was great. Dealt with a young lady. Very nice and new what she was doing. I was totally impressed with the vehicle we had. Very new, clean, and drove exceptionally well. GOOD JOB.



1.Please find out why you would have a person represent your organization who never show up to work on time. 2. If a person make a reservation in a city a week earlier if you can’t give him that city please let him know in advance I had family come from Las Vegas thinking will get a early start but I was sent to a car lot the open at 10:00 with nobody there. I have use U Haul several times and this was the very worse experance I ever had. Oh and please let some the people who answer your phones treat the caller as if the know my rental help pay thier salary.

Your online software is difficult to use and is not intuitive to aid a first time users. I don’t think i’ll try using it again. I’ll just rely on dealing with physical staff.

you are told to check in online, but it does not change the time it takes to wait in line with everyone that does or does not have a reservation. you should have a priority line for the customers that already have a reservation so that we are not having to wait for the ones that waited to the last minute to get a truck.



Every experience I’ve had at this location has been exceptional from purchasing moving supplies, help editing my equipment order, answering questions about car towing and picking up the equipment. Several visits. Great customer service. Could not have been any better.

The only issue was when I returned the truck the employees who was checking me out didn't try to help me when I drop a glass table top. I had to ask for a broom and the young man left and the young lady just watched no one tried to assist.

Uhaul needs to stop double charging when doing a rental. Funds were charged when I first picked up the rental. Then I was charged again when i returned the rental. Then to be told that fund's will be reimbursted 3 to 5 business days.

Because of computer issues I had to wait over 3 hours to even complete my contract and get my truck. I had used the online check in but the entire system was down and even that was useless. The agents that assisted me were phenomenal and were working very hard to help expedite a dilemma they had no control over (Two wonderful ladies).
