Rear drivers side tire leaking air. Had to stop multiple times to add air. Total out of pocket cost for me was $7 for air and tire pressure gauge. I would like U-Haul for reimburse me.

Not charge as much and be reasonable when there isca change in need!!!!! We returned the 9'cargo van 21 hours early (Weds 545p) and were still charged the original price for 3p Thurs. Thats ridiculous. It should have been prorated. They forgot to take the keys from us, which meant another trip to return them, at our Inconvenience. I expected a partial refund. The truck was returned vacuumed and with a full tank of has as instructed. Not a happy camper!!!

There was no issue at the time of pickup. One thing, as once I left the facility, I realized that the rear door was not locked and open while on road. Fortunately, someone behind me noticed and notified me. I was able to stop and close it properly.

Although this location had the trailer we requested, the parking lot is super crowded with the box trucks, especially on the side of the building. Making it a tight squeeze to exit. The location is clean and staff is great.

The employees are great and very helpful people. They helped me a lot throughout the process, and I’m grateful to them. However, your equipment is terrible—the trailer’s locking system was rusty and broken. The straps were stuck, and I spent hours trying to free them. I was definitely not satisfied with the trailer. I can even say it was the worst and most poorly maintained trailer I’ve ever rented. In fact, the trailer was useless to me because the locking system was broken and rusty, so it didn’t function properly

I had reserved a 15’ truck three days in advance, when we arrived at the store in the morning the two employees at the checkout were very confused - they had just given away the last of the 15’ vehicles. They did give us the 20’ at no extra charge, which was great, but overall seemed very confused and disorganized.

Online check in took a very long time due to the interface's slow upload speed. In this day and age it shouldn't take over a minute to upload a single image through a 5G cellular connection. This speed issue should be fixed. I've encountered this more than once with U-Haul, at different locations, with a decent number of reception bars.

This is the second time I requested and paid for a dolly and didn’t get one. I also wasn’t informed That the truck I picked didn’t have a ramp even though I mentioned I was moving heavy couches. I really struggled without both of these things.

They put a hold on our estimate price from our bank account as well as our final cost from our bank account so basically they held both payments when I called them. They said that is what they do that’s their practice and we should’ve been told about it which we were not

I really like this U-Haul Center, over other near by rental businesses. The General Mgr. Mr. Steven Faria is a really nice guy, and checked me in and reserved a truck for me. The following day, it was ready and available when I arrived. Upon returning the truck later in the day, Steven was outside cleaning the other trucks; and got me checked out and on my way in minutes. The quote I was given, was exactly what I was charged. It couldn’t have been easier. I also like to use this U-Haul business for my propane tank refills. They only charge you for the exact amount of propane they put in; and not some set fee. It is definitely less expensive than the exchange tank refills at the Home Centers etc. I definitely would recommend this U-Haul business. J.Geary.

My reason for the below average score is 1. We moved out of our storage unit this past Sunday we did let them know in the office yet they were still trying to charge us for another month and tried to charge the card every single day. We are lucky we didn’t have no money on that card. 2. When we were moving out of the storage unit we realized that there was a leak from the unit above and it completely ruin my new mattress and was told a manager would call me the next day. No one ever called but they did call to tell me my card was declining even though they shouldn’t have been charging me. Told her we moved out and they were still trying to charge she said she would make sure they didn’t try to charge again but guess what that same night they tried to charge again. When I asked the woman why a manager never called about the mattress she said I will have them call you. And guess what? A week later and still haven’t heard from a manager about my mattress. I am a hotel manager and would never make a guest wait this long for a call back. This is so unacceptable and someone definitely needs to speak to this manager

I was quite disappointed in the size of the storage unit (very small) for the price. It wasn’t going to work for us so I canceled the storage space and only had it for two days…. But charged the entire amount. The first day we couldn’t even access the space because our cards hadn’t worked. Very frustrating and very disappointing. Felt like I was taken advantage of in a time of crisis. Thanks for nothing….

Jose, Kenny & Riley are life savers!! Jose saw me slowly emptying my 5x5 storage unit & offered help. In 30 minutes, they cleared it out & neatly loaded the van. I offered to pay & they did not charge me. I was thrilled. I’m extremely impressed with U-Haul & these exceptional employees!

Made my storage and moving process a lot easier than it could have went. I also am happy to say I ended up lucking out and got a 5x10 unit for free month because I rented a uhaul truck and got a deal with renting a unit. I only needed the unit for a few weeks so it worked out perfect and the employees were all very helpful and knowledgeable about their jobs. The closing of the unit went smooth and I am very happy.

Jose helped me with my storage unit and was very kind and polite. The staff all seemed to be friendly and helpful. There was a miscommunication with my truck rental and had to be returned sooner than I thought and was behind with my move, but Jose helped me make my frustrating move a little smoother and was able to let me finish with what I was moving which was helpful. I would recommend them to anyone for storage or uhaul rentals.

Fantastic, friendly people in FL and NH. It was so easy to pack up the U-Haul box in FL, and unpack it a week later in NH. The total cost was HALF of the quote from Upack. Highly recommend U-Haul box!
