Blankets and dolly were not in van when picked up, but deducted when vehicle returned. Only one person working on a busy Sat-Sun seems inadequate. Vehicle itself was top notch......

My concern was that I returned it today 3/17/18 and it was after 11 am and I was not told that it need to be before eleven I was just told today. I am severely pissed off that I had to pay an extra 60 dollars for being only a few hours late. Especially when your worker failed at informing me to be back by 11. Was even more concerned about the hateful worker who processed my return she was very rude. She told me that they couldn't even find me or that I was supposed to be returning there and then when she charged me extra she gave me another customers reciept. I am very dissatisfied with my service as well as the bullshit 10 dollar enviromental fee that prepaid for and then had to pay a second time when I picked up the u-haul. I demand a refund for the extra day that I was charged especially because of the terrible and rude service that I received upon my return at your store. Next time I will use a different rental truck such as penske if this is not made right.

The woman working did a great job but I took forever to get a trailer because she had to help everyone by herself. Maybe on the weekends makesure to have two or three people on. I mean that is when everyone has time to move...

According to the computer at the store, the truck should have had half a tank of gas in it to start. There was only about 1/4 of a tank and we got charged extra for fuel because of this error because we didn't fill it back to 1/2 a tank. Lesson learned: your computers are wrong so if we use you again, we will have an employee look at the tank themselves.

Truck was not clean in the back, my fault for not checking before I left. However, this is the third time in the last three months that I have needed a vehicle and the staff is great at this location!

Derek, I think that was his name, what a nice person. I had the smoothest experience I have ever had. He was the nicest people I have ever met. Not 1 complaint! I had a great experience. It was the middle of a blizzard. I think his name was Derek. Came out and helped me with a trailer rental. He was very positive and helpful. I will definitely use this location for all my future moving needs.

Autotransporter was covered in dirt and ice, making securing the vehicle very challenging. Person working was very reluctant to help and seemed disinterested. Vehicle did not seem very secure, straps came off multiple times throughout trip and had to be resecured multiple times.

My truck rental experience was positive. However, I visited the store multiple times before the move to get boxes and I found the store to be understaffed, the staff to be under trained/unprofessional, and the printer at the registers was not working for receipts for about a week. If it hadn't been convenient, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

The loading door of the truck was iced and frozen stuck. The rental location had a single representative, who wasn't at the top of the job: took 10+ minutes to sort out the online reservation I made in advance. When I left the store, there was already a 4+ customer line backed up behind me, so getting timely help with opening up the frozen door was pretty much not an option. And I won't even mention that the fuel gauge reading was nowhere close to what they indicated on the contract.

I wa really please with the experience. It went quick and smooth. The gentleman helping me was very friendly and helpful. The best thing was the van was already running and warmed up. It was 20° the morning I picked up the van so that was wonderful having it warmed up already.

I rented a pick up truck from this location. Angel was working up front and worked very hard to ensure I got a fair price. However, upon getting the truck I found the bed was full of snow and the gas tank was at 1/4 though they asked me to return at at 1/2. I found Angel and he kindly corrected the amount on my contract for me. It hadn't snowed for 4 days, yet the truck bed was full of snow. I only had the truck rented for 4 hours and I wish I wouldn't have had to spend time trying to clear out snow and avoiding being overcharged for gas. I am grateful that Angel tried to remedy the situation.
