JOHN SOverall, we had a positive experience during our stay. We checked out of room #1390 on April 6 and promptly uploaded the checkout confirmation through the app, as instructed. However, to our surprise, we were later charged for the month of May as if we were still occupying the room. We hope this is just a misunderstanding and kindly ask the management to review the records. Please ensure proper tracking of guest checkouts to avoid such issues in the future.

Juan MI don’t know why they split into two units for the storage rental. It was very inconvenient and wish they were communicative about the storage. It was very disappointing to get there and see that.

Not to mention that the gas tank was well below E and the gas light was on so our first stop was the gas station which took away from some of the miles that we were allotted. It’s my belief that the fuel was depleted well into the reserve tank because after putting in $60 it barely took us over a quarter of a tank.

Joseph MOnly problem was a technical glitch in their system kept all doors locked out during professional move out. The down time while they fixed it cost me $120 labor. Gotta have better back up system. The staff were great at this location though!

KELTON PWell I rented a trailer and i ended up in jail they said I returned it and stole it back which is physically impossible I have home video with the trailer and me home all night as well as phone conversations the night of to corporate asking for the extension . So after getting arrested at gun point and 20k bail I'm home and not happy. I have court mon and if this isn't resolved I am filling a civil lawsuit.

Nothing smoth about it and not sure why they have to use personal cell phones and tablets to conduct business!! Waited @least 1/2 hour on each location to finish contract.

Joseph GWe always do 5-6 day "local" rentals. Most times, I will get a call from a U-Haul rep days before to work out the pick-up and drop-off locations, since "local" truck designations are an oddity for U-Haul. The Saturday before our pickup date, I spent 20+ minutes on the phone with an excellent U-Haul rep getting this all set up and confirmed. However, and this happens MANY times, when we picked up the truck from the origination location, they were confused about how to return it and ended up sending us to a drop off location for the return 25+ miles from our originally promised spot. Yes, we were given "extra" mileage allowance to compensate for this; however, after wasting 30 minutes of my time before the rental with a rep, and then driving 45+ minutes to the final drop-off location, must change. U-haul's "system" of rentals and operations is efficient and amazing, but please coordinate how to handle "local" rentals better. Thank you.

ANDREW COnly issue is the Uhaul app. I have rented multiple times and each time I have incurred several issues with processing check in. Having to enter my credit card infoand ID with pictures during the reservation and check in is a waist of our time. Telling a renter that your rental is due 8 or more hours before its due as if we are past our time is annoying and concering that you have issues to deal with your settings. Calling the renter to inquire a day before to ask when your returning as if we needed to already is completely lacking in a positive customer experience.

TOMAS LThe only suggestion I would have is to cut the curb by the door in the back of the building to the storage so that it has a ramp instead of curb for those that have to push the cart from the road or parking lot to the door.

SUSANA SThe manager has some serious issues and loves to take her everyday life outside of work out on peopld that rent from this location, she needs a serious attitude adjustment.i don’t know anyone who would give a person like her a manager position. I stored my stuff there for two weeks after which was told to move my stuff out and that they no longer would rent to me all because someone tried to break into my storage, and I let them know that there was a issue after which the manager disappeared and then the fallowing day was asked to move out since they would no longer be renting to me. It’s not my fault someone tried to break into my unit, they are suppose to have security however I only saw security kne time and the staff could not care less about their jobs or keeping anything clean or secure. I pay to keep my belongings safe in a storage with security and even make sure to get s goid insurance plan since i know how things happen. So I don’t understsnd why I have to leave anc they didn’t even care ny unit was broken into. The key pads and swipe cards never work correctly for both the building, the bathroom? Or the unit, the doors are always open even after hours, and the lights never stay kn or come on when they are supposed to go. Needless to say my experience at this location was horrible and I will not ever refer them or return to this location.

I have had a couple instances with trucks having been broken into, or gas siphoned when picking up before the office is open. Other than that, I keep coming back for the services. Staff is very cool!

For starters he remember us from a year ago when my BF and I rented a truck :) This time we are moving to Lincoln and needed extra miles (more than the 37 miles provided with 1 day rental). Orginally, the North Natomas location did NOT have the size truck we needed but the staff made every accomendation they could to help. The neighbor dealer in Lincoln was closed when we dropped off the truck so I called North Natomas, and the rep walked me thru the mobile app rental return. Staff is very nice and kind, that makes a world of difference as moving is stressful enough. THANK YOU N NATOMAS U-Haul.
RICARDO OThe equipment was undamaged but not clean, with dust in the cargo space and interior. The cargo area's rubber mat showed some wear. However, the customer service was exceptional—kind and helpful during both pickup and return.

This young man came to my rescue with helping me take the last few pieces of heavy items off the truck today, it was just me and my 13yr old granddaughter and I didn’t have a clue how we was gonna get this done but CJ didn’t say anything but just assisted me with the few items. I had asked God to send me the right person in my way into the location and that was CJ! Praise the most High God for this man! Homeless people stay around the property and nothing is done about it at all! Staff wasn’t helpful just said to make a police report! Then two weeks ago I was informed that they were no longer using the outside storage units and I had to relocate all my things to a storage unit nearby or use a storage box. Had they let me know sooner I would have made plans but given short notice they moved all my things to a u-storage box and didn’t even call me to let me know they had done it! I would 0/10 recommend this storage unit to anyone! If you want your unit constantly being ransacked and everytime you visit your lock is damaged due to someone attempting to pick it then this would definitely be the storage location for you!
