She was buried under 6 truck return and still handled my rental with with a smile. I will definitely rent again!

DOROTHY SI have a had a large size storage unit where I stored a limousine and when I first started using it, the price was very reasonable. So instead of being grandfathered in, the price of the unit kept going up-for the same space!!! I tried to get relief and the manager on duty did not help!!!! Also, when I went to remove my vehicle there was another vehicle in front of mine-blocking mine in!!! That was not right, and luckily I was able to backup and get out. When I went to explain that the new manager of 3days was rude and was obviously stressed out!!! I will never use that facility again!!!!

TROY KNo gas cap , truck seem to have issues while driving . They said I didn't put gas in when I did . Very poor experience. I feel like I was very over charged . Employee was on cellphone on personal call . Never will rent again .
SUSANAH CI arrived at 11 to pick up on time. There was one person working the counter. And they were helping this old lady that was taking up an absurd amount of time. In customer service, there is a way to not make her feel a certain way, but also not make me wait there for 25 minutes. I stood there for 25 minutes. That’s absurd. I had to be somewhere with the truck. And I was late. There should either be another person there able to check me out. The helper couldn’t work counter. So they were just standing there. The truck was fine, and people were nice. But please don’t make me stand there for almost 30 minutes at the behest of some old lady who literally kept adding stuff to her order as she saw trinkets at the counter. Very frustrating at the time.

Latisha B | First ImpressionsMake sure the equipment is actually on sight and take accurate fuel readings I was charge for 4 gallons of fuel when I took a picture of the gas gauge when picking up the unit and returned it with the exact same amount of fuel I was given when receiving the truck. I also waited in line for 40 minutes before being served which caused delays in my move once finally getting to the counter I got told they didn’t have my truck and then I waited an additional 20 minutes for one to show up even though I had a set reservation
ANTHONY GLights over our storage space were out the ENTIRE time we rented in spite of requesting they be fixed at least twice. When we needed assistance after being locked out of our unit, it took 3 different trips to the office (3 different days) because no one was competent enough to know how to turn our fob back on. I even texted the manager after an employee gave me her number and NOTHING was done--not even the courtesy of a response. Most of the employees look like crack-heads and the overall attitude is apathy when asked anything. Glad to be done with Uhaul.

Awesome experience, would encourage anyone planning to drop after hours downloading the app, it walks you completely through a thorough process to conclusion. Unfortunately, this review needs to be revised and not "force" reviewer to comment on helpful personnel when no personnel were around "after-hours". Why not ask if the "App was helpful".
JON JI was overcharged 71 dollars due to a mistake while typing the mileage, while I understand mistakes happen 71 dollars is a lot while moving and to have to wait 2-3 days to speak to someone before I can even start trying to get my money back is a little ridiculous. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone again after this.
Matthue YKevin Tonelli was the most kind, considerate manager I have run into! He was very attentive to my needs and empathized with the tricky situation I was in by having the goods delivered. I am so appreciative of him and his staff for the time and effort they put forth to put me at ease. The move was smooth, the box delivered and picked up when stated, and I couldn't be more happier dealing with UHaul!!

ROBYN BUnit did have mold smell we noticed when we moved in unit. Did not seem to transfer to stuff we had in unit. May have been from unit next door. Still smelled when we unloaded unit. Otherwise very nice staff to deal with and no problems with payments coming out. Sooooo conveniently located in North canton, close to U-Haul.

DAVID FI paid to use the truck for two days. I gave it back 4 hours later instead, because it was incredibly unsafe to drive and the door did not close. I lost the money that I used for a truck because it was too dangerous to operate, and i’m still moving just wasting time making serveral tricks. I got the u-haul to make moving easier, but it just made my day terrible and I still don’t have my things moved because the truck was not able to be used due to being unsafe. I drive all sort of vehicles for my job, and I would never get into another u-haul due to my recent experience. I will never recommend u-haul to anyone, as I paid for a truck that was inoperable, and no one should have to get scammed like that. I got scammed. You can look at my order history for proof that I delivered it back because it was so terrible to you. I can’t believe that you guys (u-haul) can get away with scamming people like this. The only positive about my whole experience was that the employees were very polite and helpful when picking up and dropping off the truck. My poor experience is in no way due to poor customer service. My poor experience is due solely to the inoperability of the vehicle and feeling like i’ve gotten scammed by the company. I am going to tell everyone that u-haul is a scam if i can not get a partial refund for the time i did not use the truck. I am very upset and extremely dissatisfied.
MADALYN MWe rented several storage units in a 5 month period. The units were secure, clean, well lit, and had a comfortable climate. During that time we had shipments sent to the U-Haul facility. The manager, Rosie, and her staff (particularly Kat and Keith) went above and beyond to help us --- great communication and customer service. We would HIGHLY recommend this UHaul location:-)
lori A | Overall ExperienceOk, I would never just leave a review, and honestly I don’t want any business to suffer due to a negative experience, BUT you asked lol. The truth is the box truck was not in great shape, and I realized this is coming from someone who is a very, VERY clean person and someone who is legitimately OCD with, like, everything. The floor and ramp of the truck were covered with dried mud and dirt; the cab was ‘fine,’ but come on, guys, the truck drove like complete garbage—loose steering, brakes needed changing, and the kicker was I got the truck with less than a quarter tank of gas. I mean, in order for me to feel comfortable moving all my belongings—I mean, I’m not rich or anything, but it’s my STUFF; I don’t mistreat my belongings, and I need to keep my stuff clean—I bought RAM board and plastic to cover the box truck floor and walls just to move my stuff. I just wish the trucks were better maintained; like, if YOU needed to move your personal belongings, would you want to throw it in a muddy box?—probably not. Respectfully, Jacob Tilton
JACOB TThe service was very slow. The whole place smelled of pot, and the guy working couldn't care less about being there. Everything was in slow motion. Then, when we hooked up the trailer, he said he would be back to take a photo of the hitch hooked up, but he never came back out. I had to go back in, and he was behind the desk. I said, "Are you coming out to take the photo?" He said, "Ah, no, you are good."

RYAN BThe truck was in extremely poor condition. Steering was lose and almost unsafe. Difficult to accelerate. Engine was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to blow up any minute. Cab was unclean. Truck had a quarter of a tank of gas when we picked it up and we were told to return it with same amount because they won’t reimburse if you go over. This meant we had to take two trips to the gas station and try to guess how much it would take to get it back to a quarter.

Called the office and they located and confirmed the rented unit was on site and said my card was credited and I need to wait 3-5 days for reimbursement. I will follow up to see if the credit is applied.
TODD HThey charged me for a gallon of gas after I already replace what I used. That was unnecessary. The gauge read more on my return than what I took it to drive 21 miles. So basically it cost me 2 and one half gallons of gas. Crappy person

From the time I got there to retrieve the truck from the young lady, all the way to the drop off with the young man. They went above and beyond to help me make it a quick process and so incredibly sweet! Very personable. I felt very comfortable and confident in their capabilities. Even the other employee there was extremely helpful and friendly with his customers. Do you know what that means to us who are stressed out from having the time crunch of moving? I wish I could brag about my experience more. I hope you guys show them some appreciation and recognition, because they deserve it. Hands down… best U-Haul site ever! 10 out of 10… highly recommend!

ROGER DVery unprofessional Truck was covered with snow and ice Wheni asked which truck it was, I was told two trucks on the other side of the cargo van There was several cargo vans there So with all the vehicles covered with snow and ice I found myself walking around sticking the key in multiple 15 ft trucks trying to unlock the door to find the right one . Was not Pleased with having to walk around in the snow and ice covered parking area trying to find the truck ! I most likely will never go back to that store again even if It was to save me milage money. The 3 ladies working when I first went to the store were much better than the two people when I returned to the store to return truck
CARL LWhile the check is on the app was relatively easy, trying to return via the app seemed to be way more complicated and tedious. I ended up going I side to return. Much easier. Also the parking lot conditions where the truck was parked were horrible. The snow/slush was cumbersome even a day after it stopped snowing. I had to navigate inches of slush just to get to the truck. It would have been nice to have a clear path shoveled between vehicles to prevent having my feet soaking wet before I even got into the truck
Amy STo whom it may concern: It was disappointing to arrive after explaining what our specific need was over the phone. We needed a unit that measured exactly 10x10 & when we arrived the unit access was locked, code worked but door needed to be unlocked by an associate. We proceeded to the units and it was 4x8 at least and then they opened the second to say we had 10x10. That is false advertising. As I explained to the associate we are in need of a unit that can store rolling crates & we’ll need a 10x10. The associate was helpful and located us a new unit. Once completed our move in process and went back to the main office. Very disappointed when I was told we need to rent the unit beside the 10x10. Again, we are flexible and willing to work with this, but we are renting a 10x10 not 10x15 with a second door. The associate was helpful and made good notes to talk with store manager ( Rosie) However, Just felt that it was misleading & the staff needs better trained to help locate the correct units on site. I truly do not want to unload my whole unit to accommodate a unit 10x15. Again we hope with good communication we can get this issue resolved with no issues.

MICHAEL OOur card to swipe to get into the unit after hours did not work the entire time we rented the unit. The unit was clean. None of my stuff was ruined in the unit. My account kept having additional contacts added into the online account (people that would have access to enter the unit), but I didn't know the person. This happened twice and was addressed and changed twice. The third time the same person got added to the account, I decided to move my stuff into another storage facility. Noone could ever explain what happened. When I went in to get access to move everything, the lady that helped me had the same first name (odd spelling of a common name) was the one that was helping me. VERY odd situation. I would never rent at this location again. U-Haul has always treated me well, I've never had an issue with them until this happened.

I went back this week, and they still had me registered in old unit. The lock on MY unit had been changed and I could not get in. I had to pay a locksmith to get into my unit and then get a new lock and had to wait about 2 hours . No one there knew why or what had happened. It was a horrible experience and no one there seemed to have any answers. There was one guy who tried to open the lock with keys he had, but otherwise I was just stuck . Again, a terrible experience!!!

I initially rented this unit to store my dying mother's household items and needed access at my convenience. The first time I went to enter the unit, my code did not work. I called the after hours number and was provided a code to enter. The next 2 times I went to the unit, there was a sign on the door that said closed due to maintenance. No explanation could be provided and I had to keep my car loaded with my mother's items. They offered to give me another unit to store my things. Again, we were provided with a unit that was locked. When they gave us another unit we opened the door and there is a container of poison inside. I immediately left the facility and found somewhere else to store my mother's belongings. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with and will not use or recommend Uhaul ever!

I reported it twice, and they tried to fix it, but it never was fixed. I also reported it that it was in someone else’s name, not mine, but they didn’t really care about that. The sliding glass door entry door was unlocked for two weeks, although it is locked now. I appreciate the space, but I did not feel that it was secure. When I asked UHaul about the alarms going off, they said they never hear them. it was very strange. I did contact the UHaul workers about the alarms and my account name being wrong, but with no results.

My lock was never tampered with, and I am the only one that had a key. However I am missing about $300 worth of items. (Curtain rods/curtains, dishes, appliances, and cleaning items). Random items, but not sure how several boxes are just messing. However, the staff was friendly enough.

When we went to check out during that time our account had been suspended because we were “late.” However, we weren’t. The ladies in the office gave my husband a hard time about it-good thing I had taken screenshots of my live chat conversation confirming that we did have the full additional 48 hours.

When it came time to pay the second month’s rent it wasn’t charged to our card. Instead we got a late notice and we were charged a $15 late fee. I tried to call numerous times but no one ever answered. I went to the U-Haul website and used the chat function. I was assured twice that I would receive a call back from the local GM. I never got a call. I stopped in and was treated very rudely by the person who was working. I sent an email to the GM but never got a response. She was quick however to send a notice of a rate increase. Our rent was paid through 9/21 but our account was closed on 9/15. Luckily we had removed our belongings by then. The business practices are unethical and the customer service is horrible. I’d never rent from that site again and would never recommend it either. There are plenty of other storage places around and I’d recommend any of them before U-Haul.

It wasn't cool like the front of the building was. Also, it was an extremely long way to walk from the front parking lot....it is ridiculous that they don't allow people to use the rear entrance to load and unload their lockers, especially since the rear entrance is right around the corner.

Gas is 5 dollars a gallon and giving MORE mileage is not a reimbursement to transport your truck to and from my scheduled pick up and drop off. I have called Uhaul and they said they can’t do anything!

Shame cause I've used U-Haul many times in my Navy Carrier and never had a problem. I will use them again they are a great company just this one time if bad communication and lack of a vehicle in my part will not turn me away from U-Haul I am a loyal customer and will always use them.

She called me today and apologized for all the trouble and dirty unit. She said she noted on my account I would get 20% off for the rest of my rental. I asked her why the representative did not inform me of additional things to access after 7:00pm. She said she would talk to them but could not answer this because she was not there when I rented. If I had not been able to contact her last night I would have been denied access. I had a semi truck making delivery at 8:00 pm. He would have been required to stay over until today and I would not have been able to have my help with unloading.
