The vehicle has over 145,000 miles and was loose in the steering and brakes were soft. The vehicle was clean. The service people were great and the check in and check out were prompt also.

well when i rented i requested to pick up at a location that was different then this one arrived at the one i chose only to find out i had minutes to get to a diferent locatioin because my reservation was changed.. was not happy about this so during the lease signing i asked if i could drop off at other location , was told not a problem to just let the other location know to change the lease agreement at drop off ... i arrive at other drop off minutes before closing to be told it would cost me additional money to do this ..... it was the origanial location i wanted to lease and return from . you changed my pick up location to meet uhaul's needs not the need of the customer and want to charge me when i want to drop off at the original location of my choice that which met my needs and convience . i trusted uhaul to be my resource to be there for me . I even paid money to ensure uhaul would be there for me. uhauls equipment was in good shape however uhauls commitment to me fell very short .

The manager of that particular store was rude and condescending but she was not the main representative helping me. I'm very grateful she was not helping me.

The location was fine, was the people I dealt with, sent me another location that did not have what they told me they have, could not find my reservation, had to go to another location, they were gong to make me go to a third location,the whole process was bad, return check in was fine.

The rate for my truck was 19.99 for the day. Except I mentioned I only needed it for 3 hours. Then I was told if I was later than 3 hours, I would be charged an extra day’s fee, even though I should have been able to keep it all day. That’s the stupidest policy I’ve ever heard of. It makes me think maybe Budget Rental is in my future since U-Haul doesn’t give a crap about customer fairness. Either add common sense for your customer’s sake, or fire the idiot who makes these rules.

I had a problem of being charged another 32$ after I told the man that I had put 30$ along with another 30$, and the tank would not move. When the company called I also explained the tow broke off the muffler of my vehicle, my insurance only paid half I had to pay the other. All and all I had to get my car fix due to your company's tow that cost me 233.45$ for a muffler and 60$ for gas along with that bill of 33$. I should not be charged due to all the problems I had. Or give me my money back. I don't even want my money back. Just not be charged the 33$ that would be grateful.

Customer service was poor. Associate was unable to resolve a billing problem and had to contact another person (i don't know who), for advice. After the phone call, he was rude, sarcastic and did not resolve the billing discrepancy.

Wash inside and outside of vehicle make sure the tank is full. Sweep the cargo area out. Seats were uncomfortable for cross country travel. No cruise control makes it a long uncomfortable drive.

This clerk, who registered me for a truck, lacked personable skills. I picked up the truck at 9 am and he said I had to turn it in by 9am 2 days later, which I couldn't due to the place I was going opened at 10 am on the second day. So he said turn in at 1 pm but didn't say he was charging me an extra day. If I had known that I would have picked the truck up after 1 pm ant pickup. Next, I told him where I was to load the truck which was not a direct route to my destination. He didn't listen and did not give me a few more miles to get there. I went over by 1.5 miles. There was no smile with him, no enthusiasm, he acted though he didn't care. I have been using U-Haul since the 70's and this guy was the worst. All the others were great. Almost forgot, the truck needed new wipers.

everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. however we rented an appliance dolly. it was broke (which we did not realize until we went to use it which was 25 miles away). when we returned everything we brought it to their attention and was advised they were aware it was broke but had not been able to get fixed yet. We were still charged for it. For some of the stuff we needed to move being broke didn't affect it. but for a few items it would have been very helpful if it would have been working properly. Also, the regular dolly and coverage would have been nice if they were not there. it took up valuable space that could have been used for more of our stuff. Thanks Heather Dillon

Went to pick up truck we had reserved, to find out not available . Prior customer had called to extend there rental. Matt (employee ) knew this a half hour prior to our arrival , never contacted us to let us know . Asked why, he had other things to do. What is the point to prereserve and put down a deposit ? He told us there is never a guarantee it will be available will look elsewhere No truck anywhere . Never apologized and didn't seem to care. Will never go there again , why would I take time to make a reservation if it didn't matter whether a truck is available or not. I had also wanted the truck in the am. But waited until afternoon rearranged my plans as Had been told that was the only time would be available .

The gas tank was below half when I picked it up. I returned it with 1/4 tank above that level. I requested a refund of $20 and was denied.
