CHRISTOPHER PWhen setting up the reservation we didn't have our new address. The website stated we could add it later. A couple weeks after the reservation was made we confirmed our new address and tried to get delivery set up and it was not possible because the reservation was already active and we had to wait until the boxes arrived at the destination warehouse.. This caused an 11-day delay getting our items delivered from the destination warehouse. Every single person we dealt with/spoke with were 10 out of 10.

Avalon AYour before and after hours check in using the "app" is HORRIBLE! It is not intuitive, it does not load and scan, and then you bill the customer if it doesn't work. That's very poor customer service. We had to call the "support" line, and were on the phone for an hour trying to get the van returned. What happened to the ease of parking the uhaul vehicle, dropping the keys into the lockbox, and leaving?
KIMBLE OI recommended U-Box to all of my family. It was easy to schedule and the pickup and drop-off were excellent, even though I have a challenging pickup driveway. I will use them again.

PABLO FThe delivery person and manager were excellent: friendly, informative, and skilled at their jobs. However, the location is too far away, which made the cost to get the shipping container high. Also, the cost kept fluctuating from the quote I was given, and the final amount I was charged included an additional tax/fee that was not quoted. Not related to this location but the Chattanooga one, I had until the 22nd to return my Ubox before I was charged again. However, the gentleman who answered the phone thought I would be charged on the 21st if I didn't return it by the 20th. I had to rush to finish emptying my storage container, bringing people in at dark in the night to help, and I lost at least a day of storage because of this when the website clearly stated I would not be charged again until the 22nd.
Mahogany LThe staff was good. The location was convenient. They helped me get a truck when my original reservation did not have a 10' truck. I had to have 10' for a steep, curvy, long driveway. The truck had issues but it drove ok and it did the job. -- I could not roll down the drivers window and I had to ask for a tool to do it to adjust the mirror. The tire pressure warning light was on. I could not roll the window up or down unless I stopped, I could not go to a gas station to check the tires until the end to get gas at a station with a high overhang.

MARIA Aso yes it seemed maintained well and clean inside. buT it was pretty dirty on the windshield inside and outside. that is a big issue and i use squirters to clean outside windshield. I would make that a thing you always clean because its a driving risk when you cant see well into the sun. i could see oil spots on the window and haze on the inside. other than that it performed well and I got about 11.3 mpg.

JOSE SClean? Yes. Well maintained? Not necessarily. Window crank handle broken, lots of dents (previously marked), TPMS light came on shortly after delivery although the tires looked okay. Ultimately, it was fine for a short, local move. I wouldn't want to use this truck for a long distance move.

RICARDO AThe delivery guy (sorry, forgot his name) was great, super patient, answered all my questions. What was NOT helpful was beforehand. I got differing messages, that the box (ONLY the box) would be delivered. After I committed, I was then told that the box PLUS the trailer would be delivered. This may seem like a small thing to Uhaul, but there is a difference. I can not transport a box, but knowing ahead of time that I could have it towed to my driveway gives the customer more options. I felt slightly tricked when they told me "Actually he's delivering not just the box, but the trailer as well". But all's well that ends well. He was great, and my son said also that on the delivery end in Portland it was perfect. He even ended up tipping them a lot especially considering that he's a poor, recent college graduate. Thumbs up for all the help! I mean, I paid for it, but even the lady who helped me on the phone to set everything up and take my info was superb. Great job, Uhaul.
sean rI won’t go to any other U-Haul in the area because this location is genuinely so helpful and kind. Every visit has been a great experience, and no matter who is working, they are always knowledgeable and ready to help. Recently, I’ve had to reserve several trucks on different days for a hefty move, and each time the process has been smooth. The trucks I need are always available, and on the rare occasion they aren’t, the team quickly accommodates with another option. I truly wish I knew everyone’s names so I could thank them individually!

JOSEPH BEverything was excellent from beginning to end with the U-Haul boxes. Communication was great, all people were friendly and the prices were half of other name brand box delivery services. The boxes were on time and all our belongings arrived safely. Highly recommended if you are considering box delivery services. All we had to do was load and unload the boxes and U-Haul did the rest!
