Jessie was great, super helpful getting us what we needed for the rental, and we had a really nice truck (I think it only had a few hundred miles on it.) I will definitely be using this location again when I need another truck.

I cleaned the truck took a backpack blower and blew out the back as there were metal shavings from the manufacturing of the truck.I returned the truck a day early and with a lot more fuel and got NO credit for it I was not told this would happen and your pricing is very deceptive.

Gerard LIt would be better if the staff actually assisted with the vehicle. I was unable to adjust the mirrors... they were very stiff and so I thought that they were not adjustable. Not a terrible problem, but did have to adjust my position when checking the mirrors during my drive. The staff on delivery showed me that they WERE adjustable just needed more strength than I had.

After I had a major issue at 320 Wilson Ave where my original reservation ( could not be fulfilled because the last person who took the VAN kept the keys and left his 2 80in TVs in the back ). This location was able to help me with no issues and staff was amazing. I would say definitely would rent again from here.

ANTHONY TWas quoted $43 but got a bill for $125. Also, the truck I reserved had to be replaced with a cargo van. If anything I should have gotten a discount for the inconvenience but somehow got charged an additional $100 for 50 miles.
Zachary PI will recommend the location at selleck street to everyone who ever needs a rental. It is well organized and managed by friendly, courteous, and personable people. I really don’t like using the self check-in pick up app and I prefer real people over technology any day. My only suggestion to U-haul is to keep your employees and focus business on person to person relationships versus person to ai relationships unless you plan on renting to robots 🤖!

VINCENT MOffice did not have heat, just a small space heater. So was kind of tough given the single degree weather outside.
Marilyn PUHaul staff were friendly and helpful. The local mover recommendations is an excellent addition to the services offered.
MAXWELL PI needed to return the truck after hours, and the person told me that I could just drop the key in the box. Wasn’t told that there was a $20 fee if I did not check in the truck on the app. No big deal, but something I was not expecting. I checked in the truck through the app, but was not expecting to need to take all the pictures, again, no big deal but just very time-consuming, especially in the dark. The agent at the time of rental was very nice and friendly, and the truck was clean inside.

ROBERT Hi am unhappy i literally dropped off at this location and picked up the app wasn't working for me i couldn't do the sign in return option took a picture of my meter at 315pm dropped off the key and i get a 20 fee because i didn't sign the truck back in i know they have cameras to see when someone is on there returning those trucks
