Curt WPricing. I went in the day prior to check price and availability. The young man spent about 15 minutes and took all my information and told me my estimate would be $64. I agreed and set pick up time for next day. When I got there a different person checked all information and said ok that will be $109. I ask about price from day before and was told it was just and estimated. A damn poor one if it almost doubled but I was forced to go ahead because I had already committed to be there otherwise I would have walked out. Severe bait and switch in my estimation
james bFirst, let me say employee Portia was amazing. She deserves at very least a shout out for a good job. The equipment on the other hand was an issue. The original trailer that I had rented was not ready to go, or at very least had not been inspected thoroughly when it was returned by the previous person. The ratchets had been over tightened and wouldnt come loose for us to tow, so we were given a different trailer. When we got to our destination, the tow straps on that one weren't working either. We used our personal ratchets and because they weren't made for this type of haul, we lost $200 worth of shock absorbing straps.
Denise BReally appreciated the speed and service at this location. Portia was cordial and kind, and had me on my way in minutes with the truck and trailer already hitched up. Return the next day was just as smooth.

ANTONIO HThe only issue was the guy who worked there who wore blue fingernail polish was RUDE! He wasn't patient and he was in such a hurry with a snippy attitude. When I came back the same day I met a tall skinny guy, and he was great. Even upon return, the owner was excellent. But the first guy was a no go!

James AThe location is a little difficult to traverse as it is on a busy road and, on exiting, there is no left turn. However, the store is well stocked, materials were in good shape and checking in and out was quick and easy.
MARK SWhen I returned the equipment the worker did not have the key to unlock the cash drawer so I didn’t get my deposit back. He told me to return the next day but I was busy and forgot to do it the next day. Now it has been a couple weeks I don’t even remember how much they owed me so I feel I would be wrong going to ask for the deposit back. I should have recieved it when I returned the equipment. Every thing else was good.

FRANK SI would recommend this location but make sure you take a picture of your gas, I put the tank back on full but was charged for 2 gallons. I couldn't do anything about because I didn't take a picture but for future reference I'm going to make sure I do.

RICHARD RThe UHAUL representative, Joe Redden, was extremely informative when the trailer was hitched to my truck. He ensured that I knew how to properly chain the trailer in the event I had to unhitch/re-hitch during my rental period. He also checked that all the lights were working before I departed. The experience was extremely positive.
