Lady was extremely rude to my dad who dropped off the truck. She was horrible and we will never be back at this location. She argued with him about the fuel gauge, amongst other things.

roger aAttendant has you waiting like a dummy without communicating clearly what is going on, wasting my time. She had me wait 5-10 minutes while she parked another van and stood inside van for minutes. Then came back to check me in, took her time and drove away without handing me receipt, after a while she came back and had me go into the office to get a receipt. This location is inneficient with attendants, I should self checked in for a faster process.
